Payless Shoe Source

Absolutely horrible store. I have never written a review but the treatment I got in this store drove me to write one for the first time. Sales associate completely ignored me, I waited patiently on line, and when it was my turn, she left the cash register, screaming another employees name. She proceeded to leave, going into the back, yelling the name of the other employee. My mother and I stood there in awe. We were the last ones on line. She didn’t even say, excuse me, or I’ll be right back. Down right just walked away. I felt she was completely discriminating against us. What a horrible feeling. I proceeded to look for the lady who was ringing up at the cashier and she never returned. I asked another employee for the managers name, refused to tell me until I asked perfusely. I will never return here and I will be calling corporate to complain. I will not tolerate racism.

I came here since they had a pair of shoes that I wanted and I was in the area. Its not a big store but everything was in its place and they had plenty of sales. They don’t take Retail Me Not coupons which sucks. There was only one person working there which was hard if you needed something since she was had to ring people up, answered questions and the phone but on top of that she was very friendly and had a smile on.
