Pizza Hut

This place is bad took an hour and still no pizza and the manager there sucks bad customer service never again

Let me explain the 2star rate. The pizzas I ordered were great. Haven’t had good pizza in a very long time. So why the 2star?
It aggravates me to no end that I was charged $ 2.75 for delivery. I usually give $ 3-​$ 5 for a TIP. If they get to my address in 30 minutes or less, it’s a $ 5 TIP easy. I only had a $ 5 bill on me and when the driver told me she doesn’t get that «delivery fee» I was pissed off! I can’t morally support Pizza Hut anymore knowing they are doing this to their drivers. Whether it’s pick-​up or delivery I will not eat anywhere that hustles it’s workers and patrons.
If it matters, this was the PH on Dixie HWY.

If there is a reason why Pizza Hut is losing business this resturant would be why. Although the food was avgerage Pizza Hut fare and the waitress was nice and on top of drink refills I’ve seen cleaner walls in the bathroom of a rundown gas station on a one lane road to nowhere! If I could give this place zero stars I would and I really hate to do that but «it is what it is.» The wall and window ledge of where I was sitting looked like it had’nt been wiped down in years. There was so many dead winged bugs on the window ledge that I couldn’t count them and really made me lose my appitite. I mean as a manager of this establishmen how can you look at your dining room and think this is ok? And if this is what the front of the restaurant looks like I hate to image what it might look like in the back! Needless to say I won’t be back anytime soon.

As far as Pizza Huts go, this one is pretty good. I used to frequent the Ft. Wright Pizza Hut, but has shut down like most of the businesses in upper Ft. Wright. This Edgewood location is pretty standard Pizza Hut fare. It’s a decent place to take the family and sit down and enjoy a stuffed crust pizza and your favorite cold Pepsi product. I must say that the Hershey’s chocolate dunkers are dangerous! These are a very addictive substance and can lead to cravings and possible dependence. Eat at your own risk! Delicious!!!
