I got take out here once after work. It was good. Fresh and delicious. I want to go and sit down here to try more.

I stopped by the other night for a quick bite to eat. I was not disappointed. The owner was the only one working, and he was friendly and attentive. My food was ready pretty quick, but I was also the only one there. I would be interested to see how service is when it’s busier. The menu was pretty much just sushi. There were a few sides. The name says Hibachi, but I didn’t really see it on the menu or where it would be in the restaurant. It may be just be an oversight since I knew I wanted to try sushi. Price point was comparable to Sweet Basil. I had a avocado/cucumber roll, crab rangoon roll and a drink and bill was $ 20. Seems a little pricey for what it is, but it was very tasty. While can you dine in, it’s more set up like a chinese restaurant. You order at the counter, there’s a drink fountain machine, or you can take to go.

Awesome service and fantastic food. I go every few weeks, and by far my favorite is the classic tuna. Check out the half price happy hour on weekdays!

Fabulous! I wouldn’t say it’s the quickest place around but the quality of the sushi is great! Love there rolls for people who are afraid to try sushi!!!

Horrible !!! Overpriced, bad service, slow, tasteless, served in go cups. Not only would the«owner«not shut up while we ate his terrible preparation he was hitting on some girls half his age and they were clearly annoyed by his overt lusting and rather rude comments. Bathroom stunk like pee. Dirty place overall. Don’t waste your time or money. Signed… Karma.

I was very excited to have this restaurant close by, but unfortunately we were disappointed. We waited one full hour to get chicken teriyaki. We dined in and it was served in a styrofoam to-go box. On top of that, it’s very expensive!

I gave this place a 2nd chance and I’ve been waiting for my to go order for over 30 minutes. My last trip as the Tsunami fizzles slowly out.

I was soooo excited when I found out that they were opening a sushi place down the street. I usually have to go to Cincinnati for good sushi. My husband went there about a month ago and got take out. It looked really good but didn’t taste that great, I was disappointed. They put way too much sauce on everything that it takes away from the fish. The tempura batter was extremely salty and too crispy. This place has great potential if they’d just make a few changes. I really want it to be successful so that I don’t have to go across the river anymore for good sushi. I’ll give it another sometimes soon and I’m hoping that it’ll be better.

Seriously a great deal, we’re California natives and missed the bountiful amounts of sushi on every street corner, don’t second guess it; this place is great and at a great deal too! Fave is the Spicy Tuna and the Christmas Roll. I just wish the TV on the inside was kept at a lower volume or nonexistent it does the place a little bit of a disservice.

This place has potential and promise. I came here two weeks after they opened and was disappointed. However, the owner said they had a lot of plans, so I will vow to go back in 6 months and hopefully update my review with 5 stars. But until the revision of this review, here is why they get 2 stars — Dine in and was served in togo containers — Soufflé cups for soy sauce — Thin cut sashimi — Poor quality fish — Expensive for the atmosphere — Expensive for the quality — No beer or saki(or any alcohol for that matter) Since 1 star is a minimum to write a review, they get 2 stars for having a great owner that was super friendly.
