Applebee’s

I live in the area and would typically enjoy a quick casual meal, but this Applebee’s is a no for me. Some managers seem great, others are horrible leaving me feeling as though they are doing me a favor. The food isnt prepared consistently well so I probably won’t take a chance on it again.

Your friendly neighborhood Applebee’s. We went on a Friday night and it was slammed but our waitress was still awesome. They still have half off apps after 10 but you can now order via a tablet that Applebees has which makes ordering and paying that much easier.

This location has increasingly gone down hill & if I could give zero stars I would. Went to place an online order for car side to go & apparently there’s a glitch in the system, if you want a burger you need to say what temp you want it cooked to but there’s no option to do so. So we called in & explained we were trying to order online but that there was a problem with doing so & we still wanted to order. Person who answered the phone put us on hold, 5 min later another person picked up & once again put us on hold as well (this happened a 3^rd time as well). Finally a 4^th person answered an we begged not to be put on hold again & explained what was going on, the person goes“I need to get the manager for you” & puts us on hold again. We waited an additional 10 minutes on hold & finally gave up.

Went to visit this location last night. We went around 10pm and the crowd was a little rowdy. The best thing about this place is the price for apps and drinks are half price after 10pm. Our waiter was a little spacey. We loved the beef verde nachos! They were the best! I would recommend if you are just trying to have a good time at night.

The service in this location ranges from decent to pretty good (it’s slow during the day, so you’re more likely to encounter mediocre to passable service during the early hours, but towards the late afternoon and evening it tends to get better for the most part). I’ve yet to get ‘bad’ service as all my experiences have been positive service wise.
I wish I could say the same about the food though. Went to this location for lunch yesterday and my three-​cheese pasta dish came out cold while the chicken fajita rollup was lukewarm. Wasn’t too crazy about it. Other times the food came out pretty decent for the most part (no issues with warmth or taste).

Took my 5 and 8 year old nephews here last night. They served my 8 year old nephew spoiled milk. After I tried it and confirmed it I sent it back. Then they served a second kids milk from a new, unopened container. When I saw the look on his face when he tried it, I opened the lid and saw chunks floating in the top. They served him spoiled cream. Inexcusable … The food is ok and on par with a chain like this. The service was terrible and serving a child spoiled food is totally unacceptable. We won’t be back.

Oh my my! I’ve always enjoyed my Applebee’s in Corona CA but this one served the toughest 7ounce steak I have ever had! I couldn’t even chew it, half my steak was chewed and spit out, I wasn’t going to swallow that meat the other half was on the table, I told the waitress, she didn’t really offer to get me another and being on vacation I didn’t want to complain. I knew I was visiting and would never returned but really, that was one awful steak, full of grizzle to! Oh and the potato was old and dry and the carrots were hard, not cooked throughly! Like I said I will NOT be back!

Nice place me and my friends went at night and sat at bar. The bar tenders were really friendly and took good café of us. The food came out on time and the drinks were perfect. Would recommend this place again.

i get the newsletter and we eat here a lot (during off times, so babies and crowds are not an issue) but it always annoys me that the newsletters announce the latest items BUT never the prices.

I went here with friends Easter Sunday, evening. Our server Denise R was horrible. Seated in a booth, only one set of utensils for 5 people?
Our server didn’t read us any specials nor did she suggest anything. (which was ok).
She took our order and that was it. Never saw her thereafter. The Manager never came to our booth to ask us how everything was, as they usually do. I have eaten at this location many times in the past 4 years. Esp when it was really busy.
Our server Denise R never gave us any refills nor checked on us, nor asked us how our food was?
I had to ask 2 different servers for extra dressing and for utensils, because I didn’t want to pester the same server. The 2^nd time, the one server (male) told her to wait on her table and attend to her guests.
We laughed amongst ourselves when she asked us for dessert.
The service was lousy. Lucky for her that she didn’t leave the receipt on the table for us to do a Survey.
Then she had the nerve to ask us if we needed change. I am glad we gave her the exact amount on the bill.
Tips have to be earned. She sure didn’t earn hers.

Gotta say it, the «bottomless fries» deal is a joke. Don’t order it expecting something special. You’ll be waiting 15 minutes every refill, and you’re going to have to ask for it. It’s also such a small amount to be waiting that long for, what a racket.

Nice place right on route 1 and one of my best place to get together with my frnds they have nice after 10 half prices appetizers and good draft beers and also their 20 $ for two Dinner Have tried their many dishes New Fiesta Chicken Chopped Salad which was good oriental salad was ok nothing interesting their sizzling lime chk and tango tequila chk n shrimp are awesome as a entrees and best part to finish there is their hot chocolate fudge yummy service is very friendly n good if you at bar or at table service both r nice try to skip their lemonade its not worth it

Don’t bother asking for your burger well done… it’s all pink to them. I was grossed out more than once biting into their burgers. Oh we’ll my bad,

Food was okay. Service was pretty good. Both could have been better overall. I guess all in all not too bad for lunch. Just a whole lot of kids and screaming babies.

I don’t eat at chains like this, but the other day I’m starving, and just want to grab something to go. They have the curbside pick up here. Ordered my food, it was ready quickly (11 minutes). The staff member was super friendly, professional, and competent (a rarity at a chain like this) on the phone and in person. I wish I knew his name to give him props. Food was as ordered and was perfectly average as expected.

I hate chains. But it was Friday and I was out of groceries and the pantry was empty.
We don’t live close to anything but hotel restaurants and fast food.
So we hit the Applebees near us. I repeat, I hate chains. They’re cheap and close, so we went.
I had a 4 dollar margarita. Blyeck! Sour mix with no booze flavor to it and 80% ice.
The food is all crap to me and I took the least offensive item. The riblet basket.
I dunno where the F those dry hunks of slunk were from on the cow, but it didnt resemble rib bones. The fries were good and crisp, but they forgot to bring me the cole slaw that is supposed to be on the plate.
It was cheap and it was food, but only in a tight spot will I ever return to this joint again.

I like this Applebee’s a lot. Always something going on here. Good bar scene and lots of TVs all around.
Lots to choose from on the menu. Great appetizers and their 2 for $ 20 is really good if my wife would order something from it. Love her anyway.
The ½ price appetizers after 10 is great both price wise and taste wise. If this place was on Oak Tree Rd instead of Chili’s, I’d be here all the time.

Good food great Service

I was here last night with my girl after a long week at work! We both got here around 1030p just in time for half off appetizers. To start we went straight for the alcohol and got sangria. The alcohol was just the right strength. Not weak, but not too strong either, just enough for you to enjoy and know that u paid good money for it!
For Appetizers we ordered buffalo chicken wings, mozarella cheese sticks, chicken quesadillas, nachos with chili. My girl got chicken tacos on some sort of wonton shell. Food came out fast. They just forgot to bring the chicken tacos which pissed my girl off because its the only food she ordered and thats the food that they messed up on.
Anyways, our waiter took forever to check up on us so that dropped the tip to 18%. Then he also took forever to bring the chicken taco that he forgot to take from the food warming lights. and to add insult to injury we were the last table he tended to out of the 4 tables he was waiting on esp since we asked for the friggin check 30 min ago.
But being the nice guy that I am still gave this dude 18%. I let him slide because we werent really in any rush, plus he was probably having a bad day. I was happy with my food too.
Overall, 3 stars because food is ur typical american food. Service was terrible but not the worst ive seen.
