Dunkin’ Donuts

I’ve been to this numerous times and it’s always awful. I’ve finally decided to not return, the staff is always rude and act like you’re bothering them. On most occasions my order comes out wrong and they try to convince me to take it anyway (I’ll ask for black coffee and they put whole milk in it). They are also incredibly stingy, today their was a promotion for 1.99 lattes, so me and my boyfriend each order one. The woman told us this was only valid for 1 per order even though the sign didn’t say that anywhere. So I asked if we could be rung up separately since the coffees weren’t made yet (and other DD places have deleted items before from my orders it’s a push of a button) and she just said no very rudely. We paid and when we got our coffee it turns out the cashier had told the coffee person to make two regular lattes instead of actually conveying our order (one with skim, one no sugar) So we paid extra and both got the wrong drink. Every time I go there it almost ruins my day because the workers have such lousy attitudes and literally do not care about the customers at all.

I think DD Corp need to come out here and train employees again. they are not so friendly and they make your coffee like serving it to a pig.
Not so happy here every time I visited.

There are so many DDs everywhere and I won’t ever be going back to this one. It’s conveniently close to me, but the staff is incredibly rude and act as if it’s a bother for them to do their jobs.
Additionally, the doughnuts are stale and the coffee is not prepared according to ones preference.

I personally will be avoiding this location for now on. The hot chocolate I purchased was way too hot. About 20 minutes later it was still extremely hot and I tossed it.
Oh yeah, they also shorted me by a dollar on my change. I pointed out the mistake and it was rectified but it really shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Adult cashier and it wasn’t like I handed her change to round it out after she rang me up and I paid.
Under most circumstances not a major issue, but when there are so many other DDs to choose from, why go back to the one where I had a bad experience.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The workers are rude. They spend more time talking in Indian to each other than taking customers orders. It’s the most convenient location for me and I am ALWAYS sorry when I go there.

Donuts are not freshed, they are always messy. Hash browns are uncooked.
Not well organised. You wait near PickUp area to pick our stuff and then they call you towards register for pick up.

It’s Dunkin Donuts! Always great coffee!!! The place is clean and your order is served promptly. I am giving it 3 stars because the quality of their customer service regarding their bedside manners are not always on par.
