A cool little dive bar to have a beer and watch the Seahawks game. Off the beaten path, but worth the journey.

A group of us stopped here for lunch after playing at Padilla Bay. There is a very small gravel parking lot to park in. Street parking is also an option(basically parking on someones lawn since there are no shoulders.) Discover is an accepted form of payment. Tabs were easily split. This is a biker bar, meaning extra frills aren’t needed and aren’t provided. Décor is basic and bare. This bar does exactly what it’s meant to do: feed and drink those(21+) that walk through their door. Our group shared a couple pitchers of Longhorn Amber(brewed by Pyramid) for $ 13.50 each. My wife and I split the CBR Wrap and curly fries for $ 9.99. The brew was good and our wrap was delicious. Thank you Longhorn for the no-frills brew and lunch. We will definitely be coming back the next time we’re in this neck of the woods.

Dined here last Thursday. We ordered the Steak and Spatchcock. Food is tasty, like 6/10, but we had to wait 45mins to be served!!! And it was not even crowded, just 6 tables maybe, so unless you were not hungry, we were tortured by «hunger pains» and we arrived at 7.15pm, didnt get our food until about 8pm! That was the latest time we ever had dinner, for a very long time! And the cocktail, Lawrenceburg Lemonade, which was«supposed» to be some sort of lemon sherbet, was not even a sherbet at all! It tasted disgusting! We won’t be back!

The Longhorn isn’t that great. The outdoor patio in the back is okay on a sunny day, but the inside of the bar is drab and beat up. They never have music playing so there’s not much atmosphere. The food used to be better with the former owner. The last couple of times we’ve eaten there the food’s been uninspired and not fresh. We had to send back an oyster burger because the grilled oysters were off. The waitress didn’t seem too surprised either, so we probably weren’t the first to complain. There are way better places to eat and hang out in Edison…

I tend to be a bit of an oyster fanatic, and I love trying out new places to see what’s out there. So when a friend recommended Longhorn’s to me, I had to go… and my expectations were pleasantly surpassed. The oysters were fantastic, the beers were cold and the staff was great. Im looking forward to frequenting this little bar

Decent wings. Nothing so extraordinary that it’s really worth driving all the way out to Edison. But, if you’re in the area, it’s fine.

While the food is generally delicious, we checked in and asked about the offer, the waitress seemed thoroughly confused and proceeded to tell us first, that the appetizer is if you check in with 4 people… We happened to have people next to us that we know but she said we didn’t walk in together and weren’t sitting close enough to get the app and second, that they have new owners now and she doesn’t think the Unilocal applies… Really? If you are a new owner I would advise you to talk with your staff… Gave me an instant bad taste in my mouth! Too bad I’m starving and love the seafood stew!

We stopped in after a hike. The backdoor patio is a great place too sit on a nice day. Inside it’s a dark bar. The food here is bar food, with oysters. Our server was excellent. But I didn’t love the food and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

This is a very cool bar, a bit on the rough side(for someone who doesn’t feel comfortable in rough bars). Edison is a tiny town with a suprisingly high percentage of cool places to stop, and The Longhorn Saloon & Grill is one of them. I ride in a Scooter Gang and we’ve stopped here more than once. Oysters are popular here(as are other appetizers) and folks I came here with, seemed to enjoy theirs. One name I found online of the Longhorn included«& Oyster Bar». So if you’re an oyster fan, this is a place to check out. The bar itself, is all bar. Like bars I remember from years ago. Good greasy and guilty appetizers are plentiful on this menu. Other bar food can be had, too. Check it out.

This is a good saloon: appetizers & finger-food, pool table, TVs, jukebox and live music on the weekends. I came here specifically to see my friends play music and was surprised at how busy and lively the place is despite being out in the country.

Solid spot for good bar food. I had the Walla Walla burger, which had a pile of very thin sliced grilled onions that were quite good. I also went for the onion rings, which are beer battered and again, very good. Hubby had 2 lbs of wings(!!) and said the Thai BBQ were the winners(vs the medium buffalo). Service was prompt and efficient, the place was pretty empty when we arrived but started filling up fast as the lunch hour progressed. Obviously a popular spot! They had some great sounding specials that day(a Thursday) including Hawaiian BBQ pork sliders, hand battered coconut prawns, and another I forget. Definitely recommend this place, I will be returning.

This is a really small town bar/restaurant with tasty food and a very nice lady bartender who is great at remembering everything you ordered and checking back on you to see if you need anything else. Great little place to eat and have a beer.

We stopped here toward the end of our ride for some refreshments before heading home. We didn’t order any food but the waitress was happy to serve us drinks in the outdoor section. This place attracts all kinds of people and bikers are allowed to wear colors there. There’s nothing scary about that by the way. We stayed about on hour sipping on sodas and the waitress made sure we were refilled. When we left she said it was on the house. Of course we threw money at her for her trouble but the gesture was genuine and nice. This is our second time stoping in. There will be a third and more.

This place is a cross between a truck stop restroom /soup kitchen. Their deep fried food is to die for, literally! Places like this take all the guessing on why people in the valley are so fit. You get a one star for having cold beer. I know this place is supposed to be a little trailer trashy, and I love good heart attack fare. But this place is in one of the best areas in the world for fresh seafood. What do they do, deep fry and bread the hell out of everything. I had to go home and drink liquid Drano to get the grease off the walls of my insides. Place is good for a beer and tiny hot wings.

Longhorn is a great Saloon. Nothing better than jumping on the hog and head up to Bow for some fresh oysters and micro beers. Bartenders are always on task and they have some great food!

The only direct competition with the Old Edison Inn which is just down the street. I’ve had a couple decent steak dinners here and one very awesome dessert. Wish I could remember the cook’s name who was working when I was there. He was FABULOUS and had that kitchen extremely efficient on a very very busy night. When there’s a band playing I can’t eat here, the volume is on the hostile side of outrageous IMO. The outdoor seating is adjacent to Indian Slough and pleasant views in good weather.

Stopped by the Longhorn Saloon and Grill because I love the University of Texas Longhorns! NOT! Okay, I actually needed to use their restroom on the way towards Bellingham on Chuckanut Dr. So I noticed they had oyster shooters for $ 1 during their Happy Hour. $ 1 for an oyster?! Sign me up! The oyster was pretty big and fresh from Samish Bay. The cook /manager and bartender were very friendly. Next time I’ll have to try their burgers.
