Viet Cafe

Viet Café is my favorite phở place around Rutgers. The staff is extremely friendly and personable. They were willing to create partnerships with my student organization as well as others around campus. Service is quick. When I order a bowl of phở and some spring rolls, all the food will have arrived in around 5 – 7 minutes. The portions are good, and the broth is very flavorful. They are always looking for ways to improve their restaurant by adding things to the menu or by renovating the restaurant. If you’re in the area it’s definitely worth checking out.

The spring rolls took forever to come, little portion of meats in the Phở but broth was good. There are better choices in the Edison neighborhood, I would probably skip this one next time.
