I eat phở 3x a week at least. I usually go to Lin Ho on 23rd St. It is great phở. But I just ate at Phở-Bulous in Edmond with my parents and it blew me away! The broth was new and delicious, the service was stellar and the prices were more than reasonable. They have a new owner I learned, I’ve found my new phở house!

I wanted to revise my review because I’ve recently become vegetarian and this place offered vegetarian phở. I was iffy at first, but finally tried it. I asked to add tofu. It was delicious. Soup was light but not bland, and there were large chunks of broccoli, carrots and snow peas. I hate mushy vegetables and the veggies were cooked but still crisp and fresh. The carrots could probably cook a little longer. They gave me the usual phở condiments. I had the small, and there was no shortage of veggies. In fact, I couldn’t eat all the veggies. I could have used more noodles though.

Really great food. The phở is probably some of the best around this area. I’ve also had some of their appetizers and they are equally as good. The grilled salmon is VERY good. Fried rice was a bit dry but worked well with the salmon and juices from the onions. Veggies were done perfect. Staff is very friendly. Their cc machine was not connected so hey had to do a manual swipe which was odd and always puts me in high alert mode. Also the bathrooms are relatively clean but they need to wipe down the walls and paint a bit. Chairs are wobbly also. Addressing these small issues would get them 5 stars for sure.

Great for Phở and Bun Thit Nuong in Edmond. If you can’t drive to NW23rd& Classen Blvd, then go here. 5 stars for cleanliness, good services and nice environment. Much much better than the new Phở 54 just opened in Edmond by the Quail Spring mall. Recommend it.

Got chicken phở to-go for lunch. Soup is flat and they don’t have quail eggs like Phở Lien Hoa. Better to just drive to 23rd street.

Great Phở, love their bubble drink. Takes away my home sick. Their spring rolls full and big. You get your money worth.

I wish there was a scale of 1 to 10 instead of five stars, because if I put three stars I feel like it’s above average, when in fact this is standard Vietnamese food, there’s really nothing special about the place but it doesn’t really do anything wrong either, just average. I’ve had the Phở and the noodle salad so far at this location. Been back a few times now with a coworker and had lunch. He did like it and I enjoyed my meal but I was just eating. This is like a Vietnamese restaurant convenient store come for convenience, that’s it.

Really good spot. Not very expensive and the people are very friendly. The phở is great and the Orange chicken and fried rice was good, too.

Perfect takeout for date night at home! Quick service, nice location and hot food. Summer rolls with peanut sauce are addictive, beware! Lettuce wraps are tasty along with their phở’s(of course). Clever name so I have much respect.

I really like the Phở Here. I ordered the P3 brisket and round steak soup. I thought the soup was good before I added the jalapeños fresh basil, bean sprouts and fresh lime juice. But I love all the extra goodies. I recommend this place.

This place truly is Phobulous! I noticed several reviews calling the phở bland but it was in fact far from bland and absolutely delicious! I always dress my phở with chinese basil, hoisin and sriacha sauces, lime, and an abundance of bean sprouts. I’m not sure if the people commenting perhaps didn’t dress their phở but even prior I found it to be very tasty. The thai tea was delightful! Many a time I’ve had thai tea in restaurants that was just too sweet — all sugar and little else in the flavor department — this one was just right! The whipped cream was an added bonus. The staff are incredibly friendly and on their feet. I hardly had to wait for anything and they also have free WiFi for guests! I came here alone on my lunch and was in and out in less than an hour. Only con is that the place could use more lighting, but the atmosphere overall is very nice and doesn’t require any change.

Website says they’re open until 9:15. Well, I was starving after getting off of work and pulled up at 9 and everything was dark and closed. So disappointed.

Pretty decent phở place. I guess I’m not a phở expert, but I thought it was pretty good. It came out super quickly, and the service was overall good. I also got a Thai tea with tapioca and it was good(the tapioca was a little weird though — different than other places I’ve had). If you don’t feel like driving down to classen, this place will definitely do.

This is one of my favorite places for lunch. The bowls are massive, the bubble tea is great, and I love the spring rolls. The service is always good and the prices are fair.

The food is actually 3 stars. Obviously they have to cater to the population in the area so there isn’t rare beef, tendon, tripe and all the goodness that makes phở amazing. Nonetheless, the place is clean and the broth is solid. The extra star is for being in a location that is not Asian dominant!

Do yourself a favor and make the extra 10 – 15 min drive down to Classen in the city if you want good phõ. Food came out super quick(Sat afternoon, only like 5 other tables when we came in), but our waitress wasn’t the friendliest, or most helpful for that matter. I guess I’m just use to Phở Thai Nguyen where the waitress checks up on you throughout the meal, gives you complimentary hot jasmine tea, bags up your leftover phở for you. It’s also like $ 2 more expensive for a phõ bowl of the same size, the broth isn’t naturally as flavorful(have to dress it up quite a bit), they don’t put any quail eggs in it, and it’s all white meat chicken pieces(in the phõ ga). I feel almost like it’s phở that’s been tailored to the yuppy white people of Edmond. Anyway, like I said, take the extra trip south if you can. P. S. the same shitty old top 40/soft rock soundtrack circa 2000 was playing as the first time we came in a few months ago. Celine Dion and Creed? No thanks. No one should ever be subjected to that. Lol.

I go here just about every Sunday afternoon for lunch and the service had always been professional and fast. Their summer shrimp rolls are fresh n crispy, and it seems recently that they added more flavor to there phó, and it was really good before but now it’s even more delicious! Nom nom nom!

Yum, yum. Great phở here! Love their broth. The ingredients are always good quality and fresh. Have yet to find a combination I don’t like! Their appetizers are also amazing. The spring and summer rolls are my favorite-maybe it’s the dipping sauce. They also make good bubble teas and Thai iced tea. Dining-in the service has been friendly, quick and efficient. Take out is just as delicious and fast!

Phở Bulous is the only Vietnamese and Phở place located in this Edmond area. So really when you’re desperate you’ve got no choice! Phở Bulous is very clean and has very kind and professional employees. The restaurant is more stylish than typical phở places and is very well maintained! A huge plus for me! However the food at Phở Bulous is decent, but it doesn’t compare to the Vietnamese places in the Asian District. To sum up the food, I think it is rather bland. Sauces seem to be watered down and lack of flavor. The phở is decent. It will definitely satisfy a phở craving. But on the other hand, their vermicelli dishes are rather disappointing because there is absolutely no flavor! The fish sauce that you mix the noodles and veggies with is so watered down leaving the noodle salad tasteless! It’s so disappointing! I love vermicelli dishes and everything about Phở Bulous’s vermicelli dish is fantastic(their grilled meats on top are seasoned great) but the sauce is crucial to the dish and Phở Bulous shouldn’t be stingy with it by watering it down to make it go a longer way. Fish sauce is very cheap so this would be an easy and very reasonable thing for them to change and improve the dish. All in all, I’m thankful we have a Vietnamese place in the Edmond area. They have a handful of good dishes. But at the same time a few dishes lack some flavor and I think it’s a result of watering down some crucial sauces. Try it out if you’re in the area and craving Vietnamese just don’t expect what you get in Asian District! :)
