Simply Falafel

Thanks to Magid and his marvelous staff, I had a delicious Valentine’s Day meal and was delighted when Magid presented me with a long stemmed pink rose! All of the ladies and I really appreciated his thoughtful gesture! Thanks Magid, you made my day!

Love this place! My husband and I go weekly. Always consistent and delicious! Humus is by far best I’ve ever had, it’s a must!

Well, what can I say…
This place and it’s owner, Majid, are a jewel in this city. The care and attention to detail placed into the food makes for a full bodied experience that doesn’t leave you wanting or feeling sluggish.
David’s recommendations in the front were on the money. He recommended the hummus veggie platter to start, with great flavors and variety; and to finish with the Sultani Platter.
Now let’s talk about that garlic sauce! It was served with the Sultani platter and recommended for the chicken shawarma, but my Fiancé and I used it on everything! It’s a light creamy sauce that’s bursting with flavor and I highly recommend asking for some with anything you decide to get.
All in all, «Simply Falafel» is a fantastic gem overflowing with flavor and a bargain that’s simply unparalleled.

This place was amazing!!! If you haven’t eaten here yet it is something you need to try!!! Not only did they custom make me a plate for what I was wanting to eat, they also were very accommodating to our children. I highly recommend this place!!!

Skip the chains, eat here. Locally owned, great food. The owner walks around and takes care of customers.
Portion sizes are large, price is good for the quality. The Greek salad is awesome.

I am obsessed with Simply Falafel. If I lived closer to Edmond, I’d probably eat dinner here every night.
I’ve tried their lamb, kofta, and falafel gyros. All three are extremely delicious. I plan to try all of their various entrees eventually.
I placed an order from my Unilocal app around 8:30 one night (they closed at 9pm). I arrived at the location to pick up my meal at 8:40, the employees were so kind and my meal was already prepared. I had to wait a few minutes for them to package it. For the wait he offered me free piece of baklava. I was very impressed, after that experience I ate at the restaurant two more times.
This place has delicious food, courteous employees, and clean bathrooms — what more can you ask for?

Standard greek/​gyro style eatery. Food was satisfying and was served in a timely matter. Based on other Mediterranean style quick food restaurants, this place wasnt anything special but wasnt bad at all either.
They should have greek music playing in there too — would help the overall vibe!

Fantastic friendly service. Obviously family owned. Falafel patties crunchy on the outside, well seasoned on the inside– could make a vegetarian out of me. Gyro was bursting with meat. Tomato basil soup thick and spicy.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Edmond. They have great food, the best hummus I have ever had, and the family that owns it is SO NICE. The staff definitely goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. I have always had a wonderful experience every time I have eaten here.

Needed a good place to eat while staying overnight in Edmond on a trip recently. My husband found Simply Falafel and it had great reviews, so we decided to give it a try. We’re glad we did! It’s a small, locally owned restaurant in a strip center, but don’t let that fool you. The owner, Magid, saw us looking at the many photos of menu dishes that were up on the wall and came over to see if he could help us choose what to order. After asking us a few questions, he said «I will bring you an assortment of dishes that you’ll like.» We decided to leave it up to him, and the most amazing food started coming to our table — I can’t even remember the names now, but one was the Greek salad and one was a chicken dish that was sublime, and dolmas and falafel … honestly I don’t think you can go wrong here.
The food is all very fresh, and very healthy. No butter is used here, olive oil is used instead which is a very healthy oil. The falafel was the best we’ve ever had, and the chicken dish too. It was seasoned perfectly and was super moist.
The food is reasonably priced, and Magid takes great pride in his food. He is from Syria so this food is authentic Mediterranean cuisine. He told us he worked in country clubs in the food end of things for 30 years, so he has a good background for owning his own restaurant.
We will be eating here every time we come through Edmond, and you should try it too!

The verdict is in, Simply Falafel is hands down the only place to go for the best Mediterranean food anywhere. Best Falafel we have had since Israel. Do not miss this hidden treasure. Took us 3 ½ years to find it, we have some making up to do.

Delicious and fresh. Family owned. Loved the chicken swarma, and the fries are really tasty as well. Referbto picture to show that my daughter also approves! Felt very welcomed with many checks from management as well (2x). Definitely coming back

Very excellent establishment. The food was perfect! I got the chicken kabob wrap with a cup of the tomato basil soup.
The staff were great as well! Courteous, fast and adept. The owner was better than most I’ve seen at checking in customers and making everyone feel welcomed.
I wish this was one of my local places and not something only to be enjoyed when in the Edmond area.

Wanted to try a new place and work nearby so decided to come in for lunch, had the Gyro sandwich with tomato soup. Ordered at the front cashier and they brought the food out to me really fast. The menu was pretty extensive lots of different foods to pick from seen other people eating salads that looked really good. But now to my food, they are very generous with the meat and my soup was one of the better tomato soups that I’ve had. I will definitely try to come back and eat here again and try some of the other tasty looking items on the menu.

Wow! What an amazing experience! The food is so delicious and fresh. The staff will help you decide what to order if you don’t know. The owner is also very attentive and explains what is in each menu item. We took our teenage daughter who is not ways willing to try new things and she loved it. We will be back and I will share with our friends. Delicious!

I found this place by accident, but it was a really great thing I did. The food was outstanding and the service was top notch. I ordered the Falafel Platter with basmati rice and a caesar salad. The salad came first and was excellent. The leaves were fresh and the dressing was excellent. Shortly after, the waitress brought out the platter with the falafel, pita bread, basmati rice, and the cucumber yogurt sauce. The falafel was hot, still very fresh. The pita bread was also warm and very fresh as well. I had never tried basmati rice before, but it was outstanding! The whole meal was very good, but the rice was so full of flavor, it was my favorite part. I could have eaten a whole plate of it.

What a wonderful place! My family and I keep coming back here because not only is the food amazing, but the owner, Magid, and his staff bring customer service to a while new level. From the first time I stepped foot in the place I felt accommodated and welcomed. After the meal my son is always offered an ice cream, so he always asks to come back here. Definitely child friendly!
The Fattoush Salad is delicious, as are the lamb kabobs.

Delicious Greek food! My brother-​in-​law took fiancé and I here and we love it! Second decision he’s ever made besides marrying my sister! Their hummus is so smooth! Everything on the menu is delicious!
