The bean paste fish buns are awesome and taste great when it’s fresh. Sometimes the lady gives you the cold old ones tho and that’s a let down. It’s really a hit or miss, I’m not sure what determines if u get a fresh one. But it’s only a dollar so that’s not bad

I always get the hotteok(Korean style hot cakes filled with brown sugar and cinnamon) and the taiyaki. They’re only a dollar each and so yummy! The kimbap is also very tasty.

Really yummy! I wouldn’t have known to come here if it weren’t for the nice Unilocal reviews of this place. It’s located inside the Boo Han Market and you’ll basically see it right when you walk into the market. There are about 10 tables and it isn’t too busy during lunch time. I ordered the hot mandoo rice cake soup and my girlfriend Lindsey K. got the rabokki. Both were really good, but I can’t handle spicy so I wouldn’t order the rabokki anyway. I like the soup a lot and even though there weren’t noodles or rice, it was really quite filling. The meal comes with a few plates of random pickled vegetables including kimchee. We didn’t order their specialty, blood sausage, because I’m not a huge fan of it. I tried it once in Seoul, but I could live without it. This place serves the more typical street foods you’d find in Korea, and not so much the more popular dishes like soondobu or kalbi. Service is quick and polite also!

Inside Boo Han Market, this isn’t your typical Seattle Korean fare– No kalbi and soondubu. THIS is the place to get Toppoki and Jajangmyeon. Amazing flavor that’ll leave you with a comfy food coma on the ride home. We come here when we’re craving noodles! toppoki + ramen = rabboki! It’s delicious and very spicy! Waitress doesn’t speak much English, but their menu has pictures and English. We love coming here! Don’t forget to buy a $ 1 Red Bean Fish Waffle on the way out! Mmmmm…

Food is okay here. I wanted Kalbi Ribs but they did not have any.

I eat a lot of Korean food and this is my current favorite. In fact this may be my current fave restaurant PERIOD. My wife and I are almost always the only Honkeys in the place which is full of happy Korean families happily chowing down on the blood sausage. If you are not that adventurous, the menu is fairly large and includes less exotic choices. The woman running the place is efficient and friendly, warm even! I love the sweet Korean desserts served in the booth next door and Babsarang doesn’t mind if you bring them back to your table. This place is a little obscure, located inside the Boo Han Market on Aurora, but parking is easy and it’s really worth finding! It is really inexpensive and delish!

We have been here many, many times. The food is excellent and the people are warm and delightful. My daughter once asked for some noodles to add to her Kim Chi Ji Gae(Kim Chee stew), and now every time we go there they give her some noodles, without asking. The brown/purple rice is to die for. This location, inside Boo Han Market, has seen several Korean restaurants over the years. I’ve been sad each time one closes. Hope this one continues successfully. I almost forgot. The prices. Really reasonable.

A friend of mine drug me here for the soon dae(blood sausage), I found that in general the food is really quite good. Their kim chi bokumbab(fried rice) is probably my favorite in the area. It has a nice peppery and sesame powder-like flavor(not sure exactly what the ingredient) is that makes it slightly unique but hearty, delicious and less greasy than most other places. The chigae is good as well. I agree with Debra about the amount of banchan, but honestly the ones they do serve are pretty good and are usually all eaten by the end of the meal. Like BCD, the selection of banchan is a bit smaller than say Hosooni, but their pretty good for the price. The service here has been consistently excellent, even when busy they really put in an effort. As an added bonus, right around the corner in Boohan is a Hotak(sweet pancake) stand that is perfect for dessert.

This little restaurant is in the Boo Han Market in Edmonds. The food is very inexpensive but the star of the show is the blood sausage. They have the best in town and this place is a must if you are a fan of blood sausage. Korean blood sausage is not like the european kind. It is either filled with noodles or rice so the flavor is not overpowering. They give you a seasoned salt to dip it in. It is amazing! They have great soft tofu soup and spicy bbq pork as well. They are the same people that own Green Garden.

Had diiner here only once, but will return again soon. The Korean food was authentic. My only wish is that they give more banchan.
