Visited this location twice and both times went through the drive thru. The staff working the window were horrible. They had absolutely no customer service. First time the man working didn’t say a word when I got my drink and the second time I ordered and the lady said«are you talking to me?». Learn professional verbiage and learn customer service.

Stopped in for a hot cuppa on our way to the dog park. The staff were all friendly, but professional. The store was clean and well kept. It wasn’t super crowded inside, and parking was ample. I had a flat white and it was excellent, just the right temperature, which I was especially appreciative of since some Starby’s serve their drinks searing hot.

The female baristas here are the worst! Retail 101, if a customer buys multiple porcelain mugs you might want to wrap them up appropriately so they don’t get scratched up by one another on the way home :/. I was almost home and noticed that the one side of one of the mugs I purchased was all scratched in one side by the other porcelain one. I went straight back to exchange and the only other one they had was also scratched, so I ended up just returning the one mug(I purchased 4 total). Disappointed because that was the one I was going to keep for myself. They didn’t apologize and the one barista with all the tattoos on her forearms(Ni judgment on the tats, just pointing out the rude one) was so incredibly rude then gave the super fake«thanks and have a great day» to me on my way out. How bout an «I’m sorry you had to drive all the way back and return the mug that was scratched by the other mug you purchased because it was not properly wrapped up by us… here’s a coffee while you wait»…there’s a reason i dont drink your craptastic coffee… it sucks and your employee was waaaaaaaay un-cool. I prefer PCC where everybody knows your name and the coffee kicks ass :)

Cool atmosphere, inconvenient access. Its very obvious this crew cant handle morning in-store rush volume. Messed up a few of my orders already. But at least it has a quick drive through. Its great to sit-down in. Plenty of spaces to meet with friends, and many study areas, including a study table in the back.

Hit and miss… way to small. fun crew but need to focus on guests instead of selves at times! WiFi is horrible… must have starbucks app open before I get there to pay for order…

Update: THISLOCATIONCLOSED and moved across the street to a much larger building with a drive thru. Huge improvement! Very narrow and congested, much like the senior citizens who camp out at this particular Starbucks. Head across the street to the QFC a Starbucks for a more pleasant experience.

This is a great Starbucks. Always friendly and give great service. I made the mistake today of going across the street to the Starbucks in QFC(needed something from the QFC). Never again. I like this Starbucks and usually stop here on my way to and from the Edmnds ferry. I won’t stray again. This is a good store.

I just sat in line on a Sunday morning watching 2 girls help a line of 6 people with another 4 waiting for drinks. About 5 minutes in, some other staff showed up(maybe after a break?). I then proceeded to watch the barista serve drinks randomly(and goof off behind the machine). The 4 people who ordered after me received their drinks before me– all the while I was getting more frustrated bc I wasn’t getting my drink and my fussy baby was drawing attention. Refuse to go here again– it was my 3rd negative experience. There is a Starbucks across the street that is notably better(they just don’t have breakfast sandwiches). Pros for this Starbucks: friendly male barista, clean, breakfast sandwiches available Cons for this Starbucks: inefficient service, immature staff, tight quarters Best of luck

Not only was the coffee not good but the atmosphere of this place so so loud for only having 4 or 5 people in it. They were old so they were yelling at each other. not a good place to study

no coconut syrup for my chai tea latte. Other than that is was okay. It is difficult to get into the parking lot from the street.

I love this Starbucks. The morning staff is always cheerful and upbeat. During a rush they work fast and I am always in and out of there within a few minutes. They offer great suggestions and keep up light conversations. The location is right on the corner. The parking lot is not the most convenient to get in and out of depending on which direction you are traveling. Lots of parking available.

Meh. I will only compare a Starbucks to other Starbucks. The whole bean coffee selection is limited and the breve was good.(like a Big Mac is good)

I come here every once in a while depending on which side of the road I’m on.(That’s right there is a Starbucks on each corner…) Every thing is average. Staff are friendly, the coffee is hot and prices are on the high side. Standard Starbucks.
