Food was ok… Except they mess up my order every time. It wasn’t even complicated. All I asked was for a soft taco instead of crunchy… I got crunchy. Thanks?

If I could give them zero stars, I would! I just tried going here at 12:30. Clearly before the closing time of 1:00 a.m. I sat at the speaker with no response. I then pulled up to the window and saw a gentleman peer around the corner as I made my way around I could see him run to the back of the store. Then he was looking out the glass window of the back door staring at me. I get it’s Taco Bell but if you are open until 1:00 a.m. Be open until 1:00 a.m. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED. En route to a better Taco Bell.

Check your order before you leave. They gave me things I didn’t order instead of the things I did. Otherwise, it’s pretty standard Taco Bell.

I love taco bell, and have never had a bad experience with other taco bell fast food joints. I will never eat at this one again. Not only were they extremely rude in the drive thru, they were slow (I mean ultra slow), our food was cold and seemed undercooked with the steak in my burrito tasting old, gross, and was very dry. Never eating here again after getting sick as soon as I got home from it (I live exactly a mile from this location), and will warn anyone I know to eat here at their own risk. The ginger at the window, who I presume is the one who took my order, was extremely rude to my fiancé. He was very unsanitary and wiped his nose/face and then touched our bag of food.
