A nice change to the other local sub shops. You can have your sub toasted if you like. The price was about the same as other sub places.

Delicious food and I am not a sandwich person. Came to table hot and fresh. And I did not freeze as I usually do in restaurants. And the staff was super friendly

This penn station is the best around. Always a good choice for a delicious lunch for family. Their monthly sub combo special is a nice offering as well.

Food is always great, especially their fries! But I will post this complaint, which goes for ALL locations: why doesn’t the place ever have any decent combo meal deals? I know they usually have ONE, just one, but I just don’t believe in paying full price for the sandwich, fries and drink. Not to be a cheapskate, but that’s not how I do things when I go to special places like this.

Very nice store. Food was very good and I liked them giving away free samples on the chocolate chip cookies. Hospitality was very good and the store was clean. Only opportunity was an employee smoking out the back door in the view of the guests

My family loves Penn Station subs. The Edwardsville location is usually very fast(for fresh food) and clean. Today 11÷1÷13, they were very slow and did not seem to have it together. I have been sitting for 6 minutes and they just asked me about my sub. And no one was even in front of me??? But this is only once I have had a bad experience so it will still get 4 out of 5 stars.

Growing up on the West Coast, I had never even heard of Penn Station until I met my husband. Over there, we had a chain of cheesesteak restaurants called Philly’s Best and all I ever heard from the hubby was how much better Penn Station tasted, right down to the bread. I had no idea what he was talking about until we moved out to the Midwest. During our first trip out here, we made a stop at Penn Station so I could finally taste the difference. NOW I know what he’s talking about! With that said, we were psyched to see that a Penn Station was opening in Edwardsville near us. I’ve stopped in twice now and both the service and food have been way above par. Each time, I’ve told myself to get something a little more healthy, but if you’re gonna go to Penn Station you might as well go all the way and order a 12″ philly with all the fixins. Go big or go home baby! I’ve devoured the whole thing each time! The biggest difference in taste for me is the fresh, delicious bread that each sandwich is made on. It is made with just the right amount of crunch and softness baked in. Don’t forget to get an order of fries and lemonade to go with it! So go do something great in support of local business and make a trip over to Penn Station in E-ville. You will have a delicious experience!
