Teach your employees how to do their job! My wife and I just visited this location and I was eager to try the new Smoke 9 flavor. We were waiting in line behind one other person who was ordering and an employee walked up to the second register. This person did not acknowledge us in any way and when another couple walked in behind us he helped them right away, still ignoring us. We immediately walked out and it took all my willpower to not walk in and yell at the incompetent employees.

Went in after work to get something around 930. I get its late but your in the food industry people come in in waves it happens. But the«manager» was rude and a dick no personality wouldn’t smile probably because he had a huge wad of dip In his mouth which I found very sanitary. Not coming back to this one I’ll pay a higher price somewhere else

Very disappointed by my experience with customer service onsite, which is too bad because I was looking forward to trying them out. Went on Thursday(9⁄17) at 7pm hoping to try their wings while watching Thursday night NFL Football on one of their two televisions. There were only 4 customers total seated inside the restaurant, none of whom were watching tv. When I approached the counter(there was nobody else in line) I asked if they would put the NFL game on one of the two TVs. The answer I got was a very curt«Look, we’re really busy. I’ll try to in a bit when I get a chance.» And then she walked away. When she came back, she immediately asked«do you know what you want yet?» I told her that I wasn’t in a hurry, and that I’d rather wait to see if they are able to put the NFL game on the TV before I make an order.(I wasn’t bothered at this point. I just didn’t want to get trapped after ordering if they didn’t get the channel with the game on it.) She just stood there before saying«so you’re not going to order?» When I said once again«its fine, I“m not in a hurry. But I don’t want to order if the game isn’t on.» She immediately let out a loud sigh, then turned to the 4 cooks in the kitchen and said«oh my God. Can one of you guys go turn on the game on the TVs!!» I simply left while she ranted to the cooks about turning the channel. I get that many of their orders come online and over the phone. But at the time I was standing inside this place, they were basically empty, 3 of the 4 cooks were just standing around talking, and the stressed out person behind the counter was totally lacking in customer engagement skills. I shared my experience with a couple, who’d heard of similar experiences at the Edwardsville location. Most complaints centered about newness of the staff. I could’ve tolerated newness and learning curves. But being treated rudely, or ungraciously is tough to pay for. I’d like to give them another chance; but will avoid until I hear something positive from friends.

First and foremost, everyone complaining about the wait time, THEYARE chicken wings made fresh. Chicken does not cook quickly like fries. If you’re smart like me, I always call ahead. Every time they confirm your order they say«your order will be ready in 17mins». That’s the cook time and their mantra. And ya know what, they’ve always been consistently 17mins. I’m not a fan of their boneless but maybe I’ve not had the right combo. I prefer bone-in. My favorite flavors are the original and lemon pepper. Second, they’re fries are incredible. The only time I waited a minute over 17 was when they were waiting on fresh fries to accompany my meal. They’re never overcooked and they are always hot. I’ve never had anything served here not fresh. Only complaints I’ve had are that my lemon pepper, wasn’t lemony — peppery enough. So I learned to tell them that and they work to ensure it’s better. Second complaint, they took away the«gliders» which were wonderful chicken sandwiches on delicious buns that rivaled Chikfila but they had lemon pepper on them. Totally craveable and a sad loss to their menu! BRINGTHEMBACK. I do find sometimes their workers maybe really hot because the place is small and they face the west getting all day sun with no shades on their windows. They need shades. It’s not even comfortable to wait inside. Management should work on that. I think I’ve only encountered hard working employees that are hot; not necessarily crabby. Always been a good experience and I always do things to go. Wings can only be devoured without judgement at home. Messy is better

I went to this place and was greeted with an angry employee who did not want to be there. The wings are small even compared to bww wings. They were over cooked. For having four employees in this tiny store, the service was slow and they seemed panicked and rushed with no customers. Garlic parm wings were coated in a thick layer of parmesan cheese with no garlic flavor to be found. Both mild and hot sauces were unimpressive.

This hidden gem on Troy Road has great food. I think ordering can be tedious. Order on line. Boneless wings are great. We get the family pack and take them home.

I tried this place out about a month ago and I was a bit disgusted. The prices were fine as they were a bit cheaper than BWW across the street, and I’m glad they had combo meals that were reasonable. But what really turned me away was that I found not one, but two hairs in my food. One was in my wings and the other was a long strand in my blue cheese dressing. I did inform one of the workers there, and he apologized. Then I looked in the kitchen and not many of the workers were wearing head protection gear. Hey, I’ve worked in restaurants for a long time, and I get it. Hair happens every now and then. But for some reason, I think I’ll just continue to enjoy their competition across the street.

2 things you need to know up-front: This is not fast food in speed or price. Case in point: I ordered 10 wings and a small fries on a Tuesday night. 3 orders ahead of mine. Took over 15 minutes and cost around $ 11. Not a problem, just realize this and order in advance like they recommend. Why don’t I mind the price of $ 11 for 10 wings and fries? The food was perfect. Authentic Buffalo style. Fried without breading, sauce was perfect, cooked perfect. And… these wings are some of the biggest I’ve had! 10 was plenty for 2 of us. The fries? Awesome — skin on and you could tell they were scratch made. We ordered a small and I don’t know if they accidentally gave us a larger or what, but it was a huge order! And they were excellent.

I downloaded the app & placed a carry out order for 10 traditional mild wings, 10 bone out wings with honey barbecue & mango habanero sauces & large seasoned fries. Upon arriving to pick up my order all the employees greeted me & welcomed me to the store. I quickly found out my order had not been received. In all fairness, the store has only been opened 1 week. The staff found the printout with my order & quickly began preparing the items. The manager apologized several times & comped my bill. Everyone was very nice. He offered me a beverage while I waited. They also gave me a free blue cheese dip. I normally don’t like to try a restaurant that has recently opened & I was a bit concerned what the quality of the food was going to be after the mishap. I have to say everything was delish! The mango habanero was more spicy than I anticipated but excellent! The seasoned fries were also very good! I have to say the Blue Cheese dip tastes homemade!!! Everything was very good! I will be a regular!
