Charlie came, for estimate. explained procedure, answered questions. Price was reasonable. Scheduled an appt.
Easy to reach via txt. with questions etc. Follows through on what he said he’ll do!!!
Came as expected. Surprised me at the detail of work, no cutting corners. Even did under my oven and refrig.
Looks GREAT!!! Like brand new. Better than when I moved in! Gives tips on how to keep it clean. should last a few years.

Grout Pro did an excellent job on my kitchen. The grout was stained and some areas the grout had receded so badly the debris would get trapped and require deep cleaning. The counter tops look brand new. Thanks for the professional and effective service. Charles, the owner, does the work himself. He’s an honest man. The price was reasonable and you won’t be disappointed!

Charlie cleaned, restored and sealed the tile and grout in my shower. He did an amazing job. It looks like new! No exaggeration. Frankly, I did not think it possible. Highly recommended.

Charlie replaced a broken tile and re-​grouted my shower and vanity. He was responsive, gave me a fair price, and did a great job. The shower looks like new. He did a great job matching the color of the old grout. I would not hesitate to call him again.

I was prepared to suffer and deal with this ugly shower shower we received when we purchased the home. We were actually pricing redoing the shower tile. BLLEEEEP! Way too much! Then I found GroutPro. Charlie from GroutPro came out to my home last week to re grout and caulk my tub, tile shower and granite sink counter. He did a great job, even returned on his day off to finish matching the colors of the caulk in the shower and sink. Charlie was very professional, timely and always called me back asap. I would totally recommend them to others and am planning on keeping their business card in my index file for future use.

What a difference! Charlie did an incredible job cleaning the grout of my downstairs tile! He was responsive, reliable and did a very professional job of resorting my tile and grout to it’s former glory. I will no doubt refer all my friends to Grout Pro if any needs their grout/​tile cleaned!

GroutPrro did an amazing job cleaning, sealing and restoring the tile and grout in my showers and tubs. The grout lines were repaired if needed and the tub lines were recaulked. They look like new!

Amazing job cleaning and restoring the grout in the kitchen. Made 25 year old tile look new! He also did a fantastic job in the shower, I am no longer embarrassed by dirty gross grout. But don’t take my word for it, look at the pictures! It’s so cost effective too; well worth every penny. I am very, very, very happy with GroutPro’s work! Can I give six stars?

Charlie Smith was by far the most responsive and best-​priced of any tile and grout vendor that I spoke to. Although he didn’t have many reviews, they were all five stars so hiring him seemed like a good gamble. He showed up right on time, was extremely polite and professional with my wife and wrapped up the work at the promised time. He honored his estimate and gave us a good price on some additional work in the same bathroom. His workmanship was top-​notch — no tile damage and really clean caulking seams around all borders. The quality of the caulk material was clearly far better than the stuff I’ve bought in the past. I’ll definitely be calling him again for my next tile or grout maintenance work.

When we moved into our new home in San Elijo Hills, our tile floors were our major concern. In fact, they were almost a deal breaker! Discolored grout is something we really do not like.
We had once thought that grout discoloration was inevitable but we had some experience with paint/​staining grout and thought it might be a good thing to consider. We called several grout specialists but all were just franchise folk who use proprietary products that would only seal and not fully protect the grout from staining. Plus, it had to be done often!
When I called Grout Pro and explained our situation (I.e., tile floors in all rooms except bedrooms and even in the outdoor room!) Charlie suggested that we paint/​seal the grout. Finally, someone who gets it!
Charlie and his wife came and did the entire house including bathrooms. They did a fantastic job and their work has held up over the 6 months we have lived there. They even sealed all of our granite counters and back splashes. We have had Grout Pro do other new tile areas since our initial work. By the way, their work lasts so that you do not have to reseal often.
We are not as afraid to have tile floors now that we are able to use the services of Grout Pro. We highly recommend you try them over the other grout services.

Charles did a great job with the cleanup, repair and color change of the grout in our beach condo – living room/​dining area, hallway and kitchen. He was fast and efficient, and fit the job in on a difficult timetable. The price was certainly fair. We highly recommend him.

The light grout and travertine on my floor were very dirty. Nothing I tried was able to get it looking clean. I called Grout Pro to give me an estimate. Charlie, the owner, contacted me right away and explained everything that he would do. His price was very reasonable. Charlie worked very efficiently and now my floor now looks brand new!

I moved into a condo that was a foreclosure and the grout in the kitchen was old, chipped, and just looked really disgusting. I started looking for tile and grout guys and I came across GroutPro. I called Charlie from GroutPro and he came out and gave me written estimate. When he came over, he was professional, knowledgeable, and explained to me exactly what he could do to refinish my grout. I booked an appointment with him to remodel my grout, and he cleaned, sanded, retouched, painted, and sealed the grout and it looks fantastic! The tile on my counters is black/​grey granite, so he mixed 3 different shades of grey together to get the perfect shade of grey. It looks like the countertops are brand new! It looks gorgeous! Since the grout is retouched with grout paint, he gave me instructions to care for it including using a non-​abrasive cleaner. I am so happy with GroutPro and the work that I am going to have him come back to refinish the grout in my bathroom next :)
