Balboa Flooring

I just talked to the office (Eric), I told him I’d like them to come out and give me an estimate on laminate flooring, he said I first need to pick out a product from their showroom, then they would come out and do an estimate. I told him to just use like a $ 2.50 per price, come out and give me a price on installation. Eric then asks me what square footage I’m talking about, I told him thats why I want them to come out, so he just through out a number, I asked if that included any possible leveling? Eric then says well that would be an extra depending on what you have, I told him thats why I would like them to come out and give me an estimate. Eric said you need to come to our showroom, pick out a product then we’ll come out and do an estimate on installation.
Seems like they don’t want the business.
