Fast food is a pretty simple job. What’s the point of the screen to confirm your order when they continue to screw up the order? Simply look at the damn screen and match the contents of the bag to it.
Drive thru is the worst because unless you check your bag before you pull away, you’ll get home to find you’re missing food or your order is wrong. This location is notorious for said issue.
My change has been wrong and ended up arguing with the employee on elementary math. Double check your bags and change before leaving.

Every single time I’ve tried coming here, no matter the time of day… They always mess up my burger…
1 time I asked for sour dough and I got it but it wasn’t toasted, just nasty plain bread.
The seconds time I didn’t even get the right burger!!!
I’m done giving them chances, they are on my no go list!!!

To be honest this is the first time i got a great customers from jack in the box and other fast food places. This one employee named Kamal, is great hardworking person. First of all he welcomed me when i enter the store with a big smile on his face (which that doesn’t happen at any fast food place). The second thing is great about this guy is I was waiting in line to give my order, there was a homeless person in front of me, the man didn’t had any money with him, and he was very hunger, so he asked Kamal if he could give him anything for free, but Kamal couldn’t do it because its not his restaurant, but what Kamal did instead is he paid his order from HIS OWN MONEY. This scene made my day, and i start realizing that we still have good people in this life. the only reason i gave a 4 stars for this place its because Im not a big fan of fast food, but i wish i can give a 10 stars for the great customers service that Kamal delivered.

Never fails. They always mess up on my orders at night ! Hire a new night crew ! Wish I can rate this with no star.

Service is really slow for a drive-​through. The lady at the first window that takes your money spent a good 10 minutes talking to the car in front of us. All we wanted were tacos. So slow!!!

After two bad experiences trying to get frozen yogurt and shakes, we went to jack’s. Got exactly what we asked for. The only issue is i feel they are a little over priced but the customer service was stellar.

I’ve been going to this place for 6 years and i’ve never got bad customer service like today. I went there to get JACK’S MUNCHIE MEAL so my cousin was talking to that guys names Ameer, he yelled at us and he cussed on my cousin’s sister without knowing what’s the problem. When we got inside to ask for the manager he came like he wants to fight us. I would have always rate this place 5 stars but today i would rate this place –5 stars definitely ridiculous.

I am very shocked to see how much Jack-​in-​the-​Box has stepped up their game. Each customer that had entered this resteraunt has been greeted by the employees. :) very refreshing to be treated like a value customer. All the employees have had an amazing and posotive attitude! I decided to dine in, and my food was brought out to me in a cute basket. Almost made forget that I was at a fast food restaurant! When the employee brought out my food, she even brought my napkins for me too. A definite plus :) I asked her for some ranch, and told her I would follow her up to the front to get it, she told me“no, sit down, enjoy your food, I’ll bring it out to you”. This definitely made me smile. I was treated with great professionalism and treated like a valued customer. Great jobs you guys! Let’s feed this positive energy unto. other franchises, and use this as a prime example on how a business should run. :) wish the Jack-​in-​the-​Box by my house was this friendly and professional!

Good customer service and a very clean establishment. For this area, that’s a plus in the fast food category.

I grew up with jack in the box. This restaurant however made me think twice about eating at this location ever again. I was charged for jalapeños poppers that I didn’t order. I asked to add jalapeños to my chicken fajita and I did not received them. The chicken fajita bread looked old and the cheese was not even melted. My food seemed to not have «been made till I order it». When I went back to ask for my jalapeños, I was chargers .30 cents when they have a sign stating that they only charged .25. Finally, we received limited napkins and when I went up to ask for more, the manager took forever The restaurant was empty and the drive thru traffic was light so idk what took so long for some napkins.

Jack in the box was pretty good. The tacos were a little oily but I enjoyed the food. I bought it for my family and all the whole family liked it. We have been ordering here for a while and we have enjoyed the experiences

New Breakfast Treat! Their version of the Cronut. Nice, croissant pastry sprinkled with cinnamon sugar… only thing missing is some sort of filling. Because it is a fast food place, even a cup of custard would be okay to dip the pastry in. Oh well, almost got it right Jack. I didn’t get my invitation to try this on the tasting panel… too bad ;-(

Went to this location today and ordered a Chicken Fajita Pita with a small diet soda. The total came to almost $ 7.00. I rarely eat at Jack in the Box but needed something kind of healthy for a quick lunch on the run. I have ordered the Chicken Fajita Pita at other locations and really enjoyed them for being fresh and tasty. Today the one I ordered at this location was DISGUSTING! The pita tasted old and fell apart as soon as I took a bite. The tomatoes tasted sour. The salsa they gave me was near empty as if someone had used it already. EWWWW!!! BTW. I got this from the drive through. Beware!

Three stars food always good and they always get my order right. Just DO NOT take kids there after 9:00 pm with all the beggars and homeless people hanging out inside and out its just a matter of time before something happens. I use to like going on bike rides at night after work and stopping by for a quick snack now you enter at your own risk! Seriously! And if and when something happens, there is no one there that is going to help or can help!!! it wasn’t like this a few years ago but it’s getting worst every weekend.

Atmosphere — Load but very modern. It could have used a little cleaning around the tables. I saw a kiosk for the first time, you can place your order with it. Crazy,

Appetizer — Nope, it is breakfast time.
Main Course — I had a combo of sausage egg biscuit with hash brown sticks. The biscuit was amazingly fresh, huge surprise.
Dessert — None
Service — Not even a smile, she looked overwhelmed.
Future — the food was good so yeah.

Okay, I gave in. I caved and decided to try Jack In the Box’s waffle breakfast sandwich. I ordered the combo with hash brown sticks and a coffee. I also modified the waffle sandwich by switching out the sausage for ham. I was happy they let me do that.
The waffle sandwich was okay. (
) The fried egg, ham, and cheese were all good, but what put the bummer on this sandwich, which was suppose to be the star, was the waffle. It was to soft and spongy. The waffle needs to be crispy on the outside, and moist on the inside. This one was very one dimensional; soft and limp. If Jack In the Box can fix this, the waffle breakfast sandwich would be a lot better.
The hash browns were actually quite good. (
) They had a very nice crispy shell, moist center, and most importantly, they were not oily. The coffee was good. It was milder than I thought it was going to be.
The service was okay. Many of the ladies who work here, have English as a second language, but they still do their best. The place had a few tables that needed to be wiped down, but other than that, the place was okay.

They don’t make until I order it? Nice. Breakfast served all day? Nice.
We made a quick stop for a couple of their 99 cent Breakfast Jacks on the way to Alpine. It’s a very convenient option that their dining room is open 24 hours (along with the drive thru) because I needed to go inside for some ice in the mini-​cooler ;-)
Like many of their locations, they have the touch screen kiosk so you can put in your order, but that usually means the rest of the staff is in the back of the kitchen slaving away or looking out the drive thru window. It was actually kinda nice that one of the employees was there to greet us and to take our order. Very nice.
