I’m very big on customer service and this place was horrible. First I called and they had the worst attitude then once I arrived the two blonde girls were so rude it makes me not want to come back here ever again. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. If you don’t like your job then let someone else work here who will appreciate it.

I’m always willing to go out of my way for a great business, great product or great service. Juice it up is losing business quickly. The hours of operation are 8am-6pm, but one of the doors is locked by 5. And if you happen to find a parking spot so you can go through the other door on the other side of the building, you’ll have to get there before 5 because JUICE it up stops selling JUICE at 5… on my way to Jamba…

The worst customer service. I waited for over 40 min for two smoothies. Only a hand full of orders in front of me, but staff is poorly trained & unable to prioritize. The cherry on top was when they finished the order behind me first.

They have very good smoothies, everybody is very friendly and helpful. The only downfall is they are often out of wheatgrass which is why I come and sometimes a little bit of a wait if you are in a hurry.

The only place I go in EDH for a smoothie. They have great, tasteless boosts you can add in. They also have fresh(and extremely good) juice! They have nice, young kids working, who are helpful if you have questions. The best/most filling acai bowls ever. Their good selection is pretty good too, although I can’t remember the last time I got food there.

I’m a first timer! Steven was a great help when it came to suggestions! He answered every question I had. He was so friendly, I didn’t feel like I was bugging someone with all my questions!

Solid! The young gal behind the counter suggested I not chase my wheatgrass with orange as it cancels the effects of the wheatgrass… fair enough! I’ll take a cranberry chaser, thanks!

Chai smoothie. Need I say more? Yes, I need to say more. Your choice of vanilla or spiced, go for the spiced.

Having worked at a Jamba Juice for multiple years it is nice to come here for a change. But half the time their employees seem rude, unhappy to be there, or 16 and hungover.

Ok guys… NOT a great idea putting only two employees on during a Monday afternoon, AND one of those employees is new! I had been here a few times before and loved it so I know this place has the potential. I’m not sure what management was thinking though today. I walked in to five or so angry impatient looking customers(one lady had been waiting 30 minutes for food and mumbled something about never going there again while leaving) I felt bad for the employees… the new kid was put on drinks and had to make mine over and go to the girl on register twice during the whole process. Save yourself and put more employees on during weekday lunch.

Better than jamba. Doesn’t taste too sweet, and staff’s always great. I could drink their«Zone» peanut butter protein drink every day!

It’s a juice place. Nothing more, nothing less. It’s convenient which is a plus.

Calories in JIU!‘s drinks are lower than in a typical Jamba Juice drink, which is cool. I’ve got no complaints about this place… friendly service, tasty drinks, but for some reason, they taste more like candy than fruit to me, which makes me feel not so great after a workout… so I usually hit this place up when I’m feeling naughty… not feeling healthy.
