Jamba Juice

I am frequently customer to folsom store. I always order fresh carrot juice and it is freshly squeezed. I went today on Sunday Jan 10^th and order my usual fresh carrot juice with no water and ice. My other smoothies are made fresh and this girl pull the jar from refrigerator fill carrot juice from that .I am watching her doing this and the girl saw me too. I can buy carrot juice from grocery. Reason to come and pay $ 6 is to get fresh juice? I am very disappointed and will not return again. May be the owner is reading this need to correct this for future customer.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD!!! My 5 year old nephew order the oatmeal and he almost took a bite out of it until he noticed something odd. There was something white & foreign in the oatmeal. And guess what it was??? IT WAS A PUSH PIN! A PUSH PIN? Are you dealing kidding me?! Why was that in there? Do the workers not check their product before they start selling this? This is completely disgusting and I will never ever go to this location ever again. That’s unfortunate because I work in this plaza and have been for almost 8 years and have been going to this location for years but I will no longer going to this place. Shame on you guys. Absolutely gross!

1. Walked in the door and was standing there for a good two minutes before I was helped. 2. I’ve had the chunky strawberry bowl at many jamba locations. For the first time I was so disappointed. Idk if it’s because of the location or just how it was made. It was way too sour and watery. 3. Workers were really slow for having four workers there. Anyways, it was my first time at that location so maybe I will return for a second time. Maybe it’ll be different…

Great time, enjoyed their free smoothie celebration, fast, friendly, my 3 grandchildren had blast, enjoyed their smoothies and the balloons all over the floor. Even though it was a busy day, it took no time to get our smooties

I love this Jamba Juice! You could say I’m a regular, or an addict haha but they are always so nice. They do a great job making my complicated smoothies and seemed sincerely apologetic when they messed up once and they totally made it up to me.
Everyone who works there is great but Allie is expecially charming! A natural beauty :) She is so cute and personal! I love her and feel like we’re old friends or something haha. And you know her when you see her! She’s the tall brunet with blue eyes and a pretty smile ;)
I’d wish she would come work for me!

The team here is always so friendly. I want to single out Allie for her excellent customer service. Fantastic representative of the company!

My dad lives in the area, so I’m constantly stopping by this Jamba Juice location. Honestly, I hope my race isn’t the issue on why I keep getting horrible customer service here. Every time I am at this Jamba Juice, I’m treated differently than the rest of their customers (mainly Caucasians). I have had an employee roll her eyes and let out a huge sigh at me over having to restart a transaction due to her not giving me the correct information about coupons.
Most recent incident I have had there was another customer cutting me off from starting my order to «add» another drink to his already completed and paid order. The man was two people in front of me, paid, and already sat down waiting for his drinks… But decides he wants to cut me off from saying my order. And the employee just backs up the other customer saying how he was already in line before and he was just ordering one more. Out of common curteousy, a customer who is cutting someone would be told that the other customer was in line first and if they could stand in line again. I have no problem letting someone go before me if he/​she expresses that they are in some type of rush — we have all been there, but for the employees to let someone cut me off and then they roll their eyes at me? Completely not okay.
Other than the service I get, I do enjoy my Jamba Juice smoothies and will always be one of their customers — just not at this location.

Good service and helpful and friendly atmosphere. Got a free coupon for some juice on my next visit.

I have a soft spot for Jamba Juice. If I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to make my own juice I go to Jamba Juice because it’s easy and convenient. I usually order the large orange and carrot juice with no ice and a side of wheat grass shot. On my naughty days I’ll have their Orange Dream Machine. These are my go to items off the menu, I’ve tried other smoothies and didn’t care for them.

I’ve tried more than one Jamba Juice location and this one was the best. I like their selection, staff friendly.

These guys are usually on the money. The staff is very pleasant, welcoming, and eager to help out any way they can. So many of the Jamba Juices that I go to either try to win you over by being overly enthusiastic (which always comes off as fake or unprofessional), or they just don’t really care and are counting the minutes until the end of their shift. Downtown Jamba however is a pleasure to go to.
P. S. You can usually find some great deals and discounts online if you keep your eyes open or sign up for their email list.

It’s a Jamba Juice. I don’t have much to say about that.
They make good smoothies (as you’d expect), and this one serves hot food like flatbreads and such.
Coldstone and Quizno’s are nearby, if you’re looking for something else.

An ookay Jamba Juice.
Every time I come here, service is the same.
Just okay. Nothing to brag about or give extra stars before.
I don’t want put down this Jamba, but for every other Jamba I’ve been too, the workers are always so hyper and perky, as if they’ve had a little too much of that energy boost. I guess it’s what I’m used to.
Anyways, I like to call in and do phone orders to most Jamba’s, especially when I’m on my lunch because when there’s a line at any jamba juice, it’ll prob take you 15 min to get your drink. So, I called this location, and the guy was kinda rude. Acted like they didn’t take phone orders or something. But I got my order through, it was getting blended as I walked in.
The location of the store in the plaza is kinda weird. It’s on the Sport Chalet side of the plaza, but by Starbucks, and I think and some other little shops I can’t think of right now.
