Due to the location of the drive-thru it is hard for the cashier to hear you when you order. Food is hot when you order which is great! Employees don’t k ow about the items on the Secret menu from the website which makes it awkward when ordering something from it. NO receipt was given after transaction which is a BIG«no-no» in my book in regards to customer service and business practices.

Sometimes the night crew is OK but other times I get there and there’s no coffee I work the night shift I need my coffee and their coffee isn’t bad but they rarely have it and the way they wrap food up chunky lettuce yuck other then those 2 complaints no problem please have coffee at 10pm

Drive thru experience was excellent! In and out in less than 5 minutes. Food was ok. Had a coupon for $ 4 for 2 bacon cheese burger with fries and soda. Customer service was very good. Adrian did an excellent job making sure that even a $ 4 purchase deserved full customer satisfaction. Good job Adrian! All fast food servers should be like you kid! You deserve a raise!

My fiancé and I rarely go to BK but we’ve gone to this location a few times since we moved to our new house and they always mess something up and always taking way longer than they should. Seriously waited 20 mins for an Oreo shake and chicken fries.

Had a grilled chicken parm sandwich combo that lead to 2 shots from an urgent care facility to calm down an allergic reaction. Not sure what was in it. I know for a fact that I do not have allergic reactions to dairy, chicken, soy, etc. And yet… After checking out the BK website, it must be a substitution they used. The sandwich I had looked nothing like the pic on the site. My sandwich was chicken smothered in some kind of yellow cheesy sauce(that had the marina taste) between 2 buns. Or food prep wasn’t clean.

im a fat guy, i eat out alot. but i don’t understand whats hard about understanding the difference between a double cheeseburger and a cheeseburger, but the people here can’t seem to get it right. I had to order twice because one lady started my order then just walked off, then the manager comes up and takes my order again. I asked for a large fry and he just looked at me blankly. he asked if there was anything else, I asked if he got the large fry and he said no then just looked at me again. I said can I get a large fry, he finally placed it then they gimme a regular cheeseburger instead of a double. not only that, but the food blows compared to other bks.

Restaurant is like any other Burger King. My biggest complaint would be that I’m always standing waiting for a cashier to show up and take my order. Restaurant is clean usually very quite too.

It’s Burger King. I don’t expect that much, but the kids love the playground. The service is slow and the parking lot gets a lot of overflow from the other businesses so it may be full outside and dead inside.

I love burger king. But this one sucks so bad! The food dosent taste fresh and the staff sucks. Sanitation is substandard. The only reason Im writing this review is because a chicken sandwich fron this place gave me the worst food poisoning I have ever had in my life! I dont even want to know what theyre doing in that kitchen.

Went through the drive-thru for lunch. Placed order for a double stacker and large fries. Instead got 2 tendercrisps, onion rings and 2 large fries. Didn’t complain but I’m sure the next person did. Taste is on par with other Burger Kings.

My husband always leaves this place pissed off.(lol) We came here for lunch today and it’s just your typical fast food drive-thru Burger King with the occasional incompetent workers at the window. Why is it such a damn burden for these workers when we ask for extra napkins, ketchup or ranch? I don’t get it. It’s not like we’re just ordering a Jr. Whopper and a small fries. We ordered TWO #1 combos and they give us TWO napkins! TWONAPKINS! They don’t even give you ketchup anymore unless you ask for it. When we *do* ask for ketchup, they give us 2 or 3! When we ask for a little extra, they look like the whole world’s coming to an end or something. Heck, I wanted to ask for extra napkins but I was afraid the drive-thru operator would sh*t her pants or have a seizure right there at the window. My husband asked for some ranch and the drive-thru operator started on this whole thing about how they charge for ranch now and we had to order a certain amount… blah blah BLAH. Uh, okay… «We just want TWO. You charge for TWO?» The drive-thru operator: «No, we charge if you want more than two.» Well, sh*t! Thanks for wasting our time! All we wanted was some ranch. If TWO is free, then just put TWO in the bag when we ask for it and send us on our way. If we had a problem with TWO, we’d let you know and then you can give us your speech.
