Customer service here is AMAZING!!! The store is always clean and when they get busy at registers, they promptly call for backup. Another bonus are the coupons that they mail. I love shopping here!

How can you go wrong with this place!!! With them always sending out 20% coupons and such. We’ve even purchased items online and had them delivered to the store with no problems. I’ve even returned an item purchased online that didn’t quite live up to my expectations and they took it back, no questions asked.
Sometimes it does seem to difficult to find help or check out quickly, but it’s a minor factor in what the store has to offer.

We came to the store because it was my anniversary and we had coupons for the Keurig coffee maker my husband was getting me. While the price was reasonable and the store was clean, the employees were the most apathetic bunch I’ve ever seen. The two young girls we first talked to when I asked for help motioned to a young man standing nearby and said, «Ask him!» The kid looked like he’d rather hang himself than help us. He didn’t know where the Keurigs were, if they had different sizes, and when I asked him about it, he just muttered and shrugged a lot.
You’d think this place would either train its employees better or at least make sure they’re making an effort to please their customers.

The selection here is limited compared to other Bed, Bath & Beyonds — I know this because we came here to trade in some Calphalons we got from our registry and also to take a look at other things we would want for our new apartment (like silverware) and we didn’t see a lot of things that were on our registry and that we’ve seen in person at other BB&B’s. If you’re going to do your registry here, try a different BB&B since there might be more selection there. I’ve been to one in Boston which has a HUGE registry section and they roll out a place setting cart for you to select glassware, dishware and silverware to see the different combinations. From what I can tell, this Bed, Bath & Beyond just has a small registry office off to the side when you go in which displays the fancy plates and glasses in a glass case.

BB&B is like the Gap (or Abercrombie or whatever the kids think is hip) for middle aged people. We love this place. Look, any place that sells the ShamWow AND the SlapChop (
) has got to be the greatest consumer watering hole ever!
