I came here for dinner and family ordered Asian Zing and BBQ wings and chicken strips and fries. The food was good but service was slow since they were very busy tonight.

The service at this Bdubs is the worst I have have ever experienced. First, despite having tables open in the bar area,(only a couple were clean the rest approx. 4 – 5 had not been bused) we were told there was a 15 minute wait. After waiting about five minutes and not seeing any tables being cleared, we advised the hostesses that there tables open, even a couple of clean ones, we were seated within two minutes. Second, once seated another wait of about eight minutes despite numerous servers passing aimlessly by, one server passed our table 3 or 4 times without any apparent purpose. Our server finally arrived to take our order at which time we put our drink and food order, in an effort to save time, no such luck. One order of wings, mushrooms, and pickles took about 35 minutes to receive. To get a to-go box and the bill was yet another challenge. Total time: about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Suggestion: 1) train employees to bus tables immediately after it becomes unoccupied; 2) train employees to be more efficient with their actions, they don’t have to go the circuitous route to deliver an order; 3) invest in carts for busing tables, that way the employees don’t have to make multiple trips to clear a table. I’ve been to other Bduds in other cities and the service in those establishments is great(this one, not so much.

Went there with my brother on Thursday. We had never been to this location and hoped it was better than the other locations where we had previously received bad service. Unfortunately this one takes the cake. We walked in at about 3:30 and were not even greeted. The girl that was at the register just stood there in a daze. The restaurant was pretty empty so after a few min I asked if we could just seat ourselves. Her response was just«oh» then she grabbed some menus and seated us. We waited for our server and were watching workers talking, cleaning tables, walking around checking on the other 2 tables. We didn’t seem to exist. I kept looking around for someone to help us and we were just avoided. It seemed like they didn’t WANT to go to our table. Finally after 15 min we were extremely upset and stormed out. Not one person stopped us. They just watched as we left. I decided to go back in and ask for a managers info. I still had to wait another few minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Then they said oh we were getting your server already. Like it was no big deal. I Said don’t bother. We had already wasted our lunch break. This blatant disrespect for customers was just completely unacceptable. I will never return to this place. It’s sad to see people just not care about their job or their customers or representing their company well. Never again… if I could rate lower I would.

Tried to order ahead with BWW apps with no joy. Arrived to the restaurant and the waitress told me that sometimes the app takes 2 – 3 days to submit the order!!! while waiting for my take out order no less than 3 servers and a manager offered me a drink while I wait. Excellent Custer service. Food was fast, order was hot and correct!

Frigid AC right on our table. Asked the manager to turn it down and she said no. Actually think she reduced the temperature to make it colder just on us. The bar area is no longer self seating, with no signs letting you know that. However, when they«seat you» you can pick wherever you want? Plus if they are going to seat you then they shouldn’t allow children in the bar area. Just saying.

This BWW is the same concept as any other BWW. Sports bar with wings and beer of course. Great for hang out with friends or family to watch a game. They have a bunch TVs and projectors around the room, so it’s easy access to watch your team. Okay, so the only reason I gave it three stars was due to service and my wings. Our waitresses was prompt and quick, but I feel that it could get better. I ordered the boneless and traditional combo with fries and coleslaw. My traditional wings were Caribbean Jerk and boneless were Honey Mustard Bourbon. I asked for potato wedges instead of regular fries. When our food came out I got regular fries, so I asked them again if I could get it in wedges. I also noticed my boneless was plain. I kept tasting it make sure if I was missing the honey mustard flavor. Lol! So yup, it was just plain boneless. No glazed honey mustard. I didn’t want to ask again for something cause my friend asked for sauce too and it took a while for her. That and one of the boneless wings was actually fat and batter, no meat. We left early cause my friends team lost too. Hahahaha Anyways, if you don’t mind the service and enjoy sports. It’s a good spot, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this BWW. But their veggie sticks with ranch was on point! :D

When you have Buffalo Wings in your name, you need to deliver great wings, or at least decent ones. No such luck — wings were extremely small and highly over-cooked, almost to the consistency of jerky. Burger meat was much the same and lacked seasoning. My burger came with pulled pork, which helped to make it a bit more palatable. Fried pickles and fries were so salty that our party basically just left them to set on the table. Best part was fried cheese curd, which was quite acceptable. It’s nice that they carry all of the NFL games, but I won’t be back unless they let me bring in outside food.

Stopped into this location for a take-out lunch. The ladies at the front counter were very helpful and helped me pick the right sauce for my wings, as I’d only eaten at a BWW once before. As someone who was born and raised in Buffalo, NY, I know wings and sauce, and these aren’t bad. They’re served Buffalo style, with bleu cheese, carrots, and celery. The fries are delicious. I got the 8 pack of the boneless wings and while the sauce was flavorful, the wings were just a tad dry. Overall, not a bad experience.

Buffalo Wild Wings: Nothing I can say is going to change your mind about BWW. It is what it is and probably has been reviewed in every town and every state. You either like it or you don’t. Or in my case, you tolerate it in very rare circumstances that you should find yourself hungry, in the vicinity, and nowhere else really to go. A chain, fast food wings /sports bar kinda place. The one bright spot I can say about this West Side location was our waiter. David? John? Can’t remember but he was tall, thin, wore glasses… He was an excellent waiter. Much more than I had expected from a chain type restaurant. Made the experience that much nicer. Then again, not surprising, everything seems to be nicer on the west side of good olé Chuco Town, ese! Why is this place so loud? I always come out with a hearing issue. Placed an order to go. To go people were kind and awesome. Helpful. Great service. Yay and brownie points to Chrystal. Wings came out yummy except they forgot to give us plastic utensils. While waiting for the order, we sat at the bar. The bartender tonight was a joke. She didn’t greet us, took orders of 3 other customers hanging around before acknowledging us.(We were here before them) When she was making our drinks, she didn’t even fill her little shot glass measuring cups with tequila or triple sec. She added a ton of the mix, poured it into our glass and the glass only filled about ½ way. So she added more mix into the glass and more ice to make it look full. Since we’ve been traveling all day, I wasn’t even going to make a fuss to her to remake it. She also didn’t have a bar towel and used her pants to wipe her hands.

Boy have things changed in three years. Now this place smells like they haven’t shampooed the carpet in three years, the seat cushion in our booth was slashed with the stuffing coming out and the table was sticky. We had to ask for silverware. The server could not change the tv channel, they did not put any sauce on my wrap and the fries were cold. Too bad really because hubby still loves the wings. Maybe it is a management issue. The manager was nice but very sloppy with greasy hair and pants hanging off her butt. Not exactly the image that a company wants representing their image. Get it together BWW!

This place is pretty large so it can get kind of loud. Plenty of TVs and plenty of food options. The wings are consistently good and the food came out pretty fast. Spicy enough for me ! Our waiter Conrad was friendly and helpful he made the experience here feel better that it might be if we had a different waiter/waitress.

I love wings and this is a good place for wings. I especially appreciate the dry rubs in addition to traditional sauce. If you want beer, TV, and wings you can get it here. I stopped here between lunch and dinner to used the WiFi which was good(bonus star). Better to have wings and WiFi verses a fast food burger. Date night: This place is right for a date if she is still trying to impress you with her love of sports or if you want a place to let you kids run free… For what it is: Family friendly chain restaurant. Four stars.

I called ahead 3 hours in advance of UFC Fight Night 64. I SPECIFICALLY asked if they were still going to show this event since it was an ONLINEONLY event. I asked if any of their TVs had pc connection.(Remember now, I ASKED these questions in advance!) The lady that answered the phone said let me ask my manager. Ok, I wait, feeling good that I’ll get an accurate answer from a manager. She comes back & says«Yes, we can definitely put that on a TV for you.» Yay! I can enjoy some BW3 ambiance with a good UFC, instead of staying home alone & watching this free event on my laptop. I get there… 12 miles I drove(!!!), to be told by the bartender, «Oh… No… I’m so sorry. It’s online, so we can’t get it on the TVs.» So now, here I am… it doesn’t matter now! I’m missing the fight & it’s a 40 minute drive back home… why bother now?!? I AMSOPISSEDOFF!!! Ya know, I just moved here from the Midwest. Thanks for the welcoming disappointment, BW3…

My first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings and it wasn’t bad. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The atmosphere looked like a good place to come for an evening out with friends. For lunch, we had the pretzel appetiser which was very good and then I ordered the flatbread chicken meal which only tasted good when I added some of the sauce that came with the pretzels. I would not order that again. It was too bland for my taste. I did think it was cute that customers could play a complimentary game of poker or trivia on the televisions while they wait for their meal and free wifi. Overall, it’s a place I wouldn’t mind eating at again.

I love the atmosphere here. I like places that are very family oriented. The food was good, we asked for all drumsticks and they did it with no problem. Unfortunately, we phone a large chunk of hair in our Parmesan garlic chicken. It wasn’t on the side or anything, it was wrapped around our whole chicken. Which was disgusting. The waiter«changed» the chicken, but it honestly just seemed like he just pulled it out in the back and gave it back to us. He was gone for 30 seconds with a «new» batch. He didn’t even apologize for what happened. Other than that, everything else was fine.

I like this location. The restaurant itself is pretty space-y compared to other locations and is clean overall. The service quality depends on the server you get. A lot of the girl servers are slow and hardly acknowledge you. Food is good, but fries are usually soggy. The hot BBQ wings are my favorite!

Do you love wings and beer? Go here. I have always had good service and good wings. There are arcade games that you or the kids can play making this place very family friendly. Lots of sports on the TVs for all the sports enthusiasts. For others there is trivia game that you can play against other patrons displayed on certain TVs. This is good to know if you are picking a screen name that everyone will see. Always helpful to know that. There is nothing that makes this place stand out from any other chain restaurant. It is easy for an evening when you don’t want to cook. Kids are welcomed the people are nice. Bar is pretty good. Mostly beer and limited cocktail menu. Oh and wine. Let me tell you about the wine. Best story ever. So I ask for a wine list and the server disappears and returns with a piece of paper that they use to take orders and on it is written merlot, cabernet, white ziffindale(sic), moscato, pino grigio. Yeah learned my lesson. Ask a stupid question. So wine people you are SOL. Just don’t do it. I did and got not so great wine and paid too much for it. One major disappointment is that every time I have been here the bathrooms have been awful. Either no toilet paper, no soap or even one time the toilets were backed up and water was everywhere and no sign on the door. So hand sanitizer and go before you come here.

Are we on candid camera? This restaurant is an absolute joke. The worst absolute worst service I’ve ever had. Inattentive servers, begging for water refills, messed up checks. Cancelled food because the kitchen accidentally threw away the lettuce. There is no way I will ever come back to this establishment. It took 3 hours for us to eat and pay in total. UN believable

One of the types of businesses sorely missing from El Paso is a decent sports bar. Buffalo Wild Wings meets the need, but it is a chain and comes with the typical issues chain restaurants and bars face. Food is fine, and customer service is quite good. However, it’s mostly what you would expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. On occasion, the restaurant and bar area hosts special events for«fight nights» or special games. That’s great, but the company’s website rarely broadcasts these events. This leaves some, like myself, who don’t necessarily want to watch the special event(or pay the accompanying covering fee) without a place to go. Again, Buffalo Wild Wings is fine, and I’d recommend this particular restaurant to anyone who seeks to watch a sporting event or just have dinner with the family.
