I would like to give this store zero stars if possible, we are in the process of moving into a new home and this place hasn’t made it easier. The furniture was delivered with missing pieces(brackets for shelving) we contacted the store and they said they would bring them that day. Next after they failed to bring the missing pieces we were told WE had to take care of it on our own with the delivery department. The entertainment center was set up completely wrong and it seems all management and employees could care less that we have had these issues, save your time and money and go somewhere professional.

Im giving this place … no stars if possible. I drove 11 miles to this place looking to purchase a COMPLETE living room set. Upon arrival, there was no sales person to offer any help. Or even aproach us. After waiting approximately 15 minutes with no one to help we took our business elsr where. Btw… Conn’s. the name says it all! Prices are ridiculous!

The sales rep that helped us was great. She’s actually the only reason I’m giving Conns 3 stars. I wasn’t happy with their warehouse inventory issues. They delivered half of our sectional and the changed the date for delivery of the other half twice. The delivery department doesn’t contact you with a delivery time frame until THEDAYOF the delivery. So that limits what you can do with your day until you hear from them. Conn s was running a promotion and we qualified for a free tv… which was also out of stock. We purchased two recliners and guess what? Those were out of stock as well. Makes me wonder if they have anything in their warehouse at all. If Conns can get a handle on their warehouse and delivery issues then they’d be 5 star worthy.
