We had our head gasket fixed here for $ 1,200 only to have it fail less than two years later (with the car actually being driven for less than a year of that time). When we politely called to tell them of this we got screamed at by the owner and then hung up on. I can’t stress how much we wish we had gone to another shop for this repair and how stressful it has been as a result of trusting this shop. I hope others don’t have to go through this, so I feel compelled to write this review.

I wish I could give this place a half of a star but I can’t. So three it is. I have a BMW that has had a weird shaking thing wrong w it since it was purchased. I am not sure what it stems from, neither was GPS. My check engine light came on. We picked it up and 7 hundred something dollars later the light was still on. We had to drop the vehicle back off. Finally someone determined that my vehicle needed a thermostat. That was another 350 smackers! All in all I wasn’t upset they couldn’t figure out what was wrong and I am not sure what 7 hundred something got me. But the service customer service was very friendly. I wouldn’t not recommend them. Just make sure your car had a straight to the point issue.

Just took my car into my previous mechanic of 6 years while visiting the town I recently moved from because my brake failure light was on. The mechanic said there is no possible way that GPS ever replaced my brakes. Whether intentionally or not GPS charged me several hundred dollars for work that was not done.
UPDATE:
GPS reimbursed me for the brake work that was not done. I was very saddened by the way I was treated. I felt belittled, threatened, and had to seek legal counsel as the owner said he was going to sue me for the review I wrote above. My previous mechanic and my husband had to correspond with the owner for me as I was so hurt by the harsh treatment I received. I would not recommend them the way they are now and yet I do hope they are kinder to others in the future.
