This is a perfect example of poor management killing a good place. I couldn’t wait for it to open. I was there the first day! They had amazing pizza when it was made right. The first tiem the cook put season salt on top of my pizza(wtf)!! The next time it was perfect, but the service was always slow to non existent. The training of staff was absent. They really had a great thing, El Paso is a great market for a pizza place from Chicago and a Bears hangout. The bar needed to be separate from the restaurant also, when I went in to watch a game, I felt like I had to be quiet because there were families also there eating dinner 10 feet from me. I used to run pizza place in Chicago and would have loved to see this place make it.

I really wanted to leave a positive review, I swear. I’m from Chicago and this is the closest to Chicago style pizza I’ve found here in El paso. However, even though the pizza was delicious, the service will prob keep me from ever returning. To begin, the waiter took his time with coming to the table. Once he finally arrived he just seemed incompetent. He had supposedly been working there for some time but did not know what was on the menu. He took our order and took almost 20min to bring us our drinks, we were one of two tables in the whole place. We had ordered appetizers but after waiting another 30min, i decided to ask about them and he had forgotten to put in the order. I did not see him again until he brought them out 20min later, despite all of the table having had empty beverages the entire time. The manager brought out the pizza 2 minutes later. Once we ate and decided to get the hell out of there I had to ask for the check twice before he remembered to bring it. Never again!

Went in for lunch about a week ago. Food was great. Had the lunch special and husband had pizza. It’s hard to find a gyro on the Far East side. I was skeptical at first but so glad I tried it. Portions are big. Server was efficient, not great but not bad either. We went in at noon and everything came out great. Overall good experience.

Awesome family place for lunch! It has a very relaxed atmosphere and the openness of their set up is very comfortable too; I can’t stand crowded places. They have outdoor seating as well but because of the temperatures in El Paso in June, we opted for indoor. Considering this place is on Montwood, it was not full. Hostess and waitress were very friendly and we got sat down quite fast. The music was loud enough to enjoy but soft enough to allow for conversation; TVs were all on but on mute. Our drinks were out fast too. We ordered jumbo wings with the hot sauce($ 13) for an appetizer and it was not a long wait before we got them. Let me start by saying I’m NOT a chicken wings fan but these wings were delicious! The sauce was not atomic hot(I’m too sensitive to spicy lately) and had the right amount of meat and crisp to them. Gotta hand it to them; they made a fan out me yesterday!!! We ordered a 12′ thin crust pizza($ 12), the CHEEF sandwich($ 9), a meatball calzone($ 8) and a harvest salad($ 9) for me. Everything was wonderful!!! The calzone was a lot bigger than we thought; could have easily fed two hungry people or three snackers. The pizza was seasoned nicely and thin crust made it perfect without feeling bloated. The CHEEF was absolutely amazing! The bun was soft and warm, the Italian beef, cheese and dipping juice made it all the better. I highly recommend this sandwich! I had the Harvest salad which again was delicious; greens with walnuts, craisins, blue cheese crumbles and sliced pears paired with apple cider dressing. Wowsa! The salad is sweet so keep that in mind if sweet is not your thing on salads. Last but not least, a cannolis(2 for $ 7.50). Yum, yum! Crispy pastry and filling were the perfect amount of sweet. The pistachio dipped ends were a treat within itself too. Overall, this place is a gem! The prices are a bit high but well worth it. I look forward to coming back for dinner soon and enjoying a drink. The bar looks well stocked.

$ 27 for a large pizza in El Paso. Rosati’s you guys are crazy. Your reviews are in the gutter and you still charge that amount in this area. Pizza was not good. Too much tomato sauce. Cut into weird small squares. Very thin crust. All things that should be advertised or told upon ordering. Also, after eating it later that night both me and my girlfriend had upset stomachs. #GetOverYourselfRosati’s #YouWillBeOutOfBusinessSoon

This place is lucky that it gets one star. My dad got it as take out one day and didn’t know what to expect. When I saw the receipt I thought for that price this better be amazing, but it was FAAAR from that. Pasta tasted like it had been microwaved and the sauce tasted like Ragu straight out of the can. The pizza was even worse, limp, and tasteless. Never again have we ordered from there. I can’t even believe it’s been open for so long, makes me wonder how.

If you advertise that you deliver but you say that your driver won’t be in until 5 pm, then you need to either hire more drivers or advise you have a limited delivery time. The food is good… when you receive it. Me and my coworkers have order take out from here and we are just 20 minutes away. However, there are times they take forever. Sometime two hours. One time, we ordered a pizza and all the toppings slid to one side, really!!! Come on! I haven’t been in the restaurant but a coworker said that they have sweet tea on the menu but when you order sweet tea, they tell you the sugar is on the table. I hope that’s not true.

Here with a group and waited for 80 minutes for first plate. No drink refills while waiting, had to get up and go to bar to get my drink after waiting over 40 minutes. Dirty tableware greeted us when it was unrolled. All our orders had multiple problems — wrong order, burnt, no meat, etc. Ridiculous. Cancelled or sent back our plates and went elsewhere to eat. Worst experience in El Paso. See picture for dirty(old cheese) fork brought out for the salad.

Just brought my kids here to dinner and they both ordered the kids«build your own pizza». I thought it was really neat that they actually brought out the pizza crust and toppings for the kids to put on by themselves. My kids were really uninspired by the children’s menu until they were offered the option to build around one. They both perked right up.

I really enjoy the pizza from here but their customer service for delivery is terrible. they sent me the wrong pizza and then told me the one I ordered wasn’t possible(but I’ve ordered it before multiple times) then they said they were gonna void out my order and put the right one but they didn’t they charged my card over 3 times. I will make it known that I probably WILLNOT come here anymore!

The food is okay, but service is absolutely terrible. We have ordered delivery 4 times, and they have forgotten something every single time, then when we call in to let them know, we basically have to fish for some kind of discount or something to make up for it. If you go there to eat you’ll be fine, but absolutely avoid ordering delivery from here. You’ll regret it.

I would only recommend that you order for pick up. Dined in and the service is terrible. Wait staff is unattentive and seems to be disorganized. The food/pizza is very good tough. Call it in pick it up and get out.

For the past two times I have ordered from here it has taken more than two hours for my pizza to be delivered. The people that answer the phone are rude, and extremely unprofessional. I have never received such terrible service. The food is good, however the long delivery times, ridiculous prices, and terrible customer service make it not even a little bit worth it.

We tried this place out shortly after it had opened. Thought the inside would be nicer. Food was average. Can’t remember the service being that great, but def not terrible.

We have been regulars here for several reasons — the food, the prices and the service. We came in on Monday(50% off ALL pizzas!) and they were crowded. No servers were at the door to meet us so Jesus L came from behind the bar and waited on us all evening. Excellent service! The manager even helped out. They were busy but still ha time to introduce themselves and make us feel welcomed. Pizza — thin crust and deep dish — some of the best Chicago style around! The price — 50% off ALL pizzas on Mondays! What could be better? Some reviews have cited poor service and there were several servers standing around when we arrived that could have probably waited on us but the fine service we did receive from Jesus L and the manager far surpassed some fine dining establishments in El Paso.

«Oh my goodness I made a mistake.» This is what I was thinking as I grabbed another slice of the deep dish pizza we had ordered. I was not worthy of eating another bite then and there. «Ooooo child!» Oh wait let me start by giving a proper review… This place is amazing. The pizza is gigantic and a small is enough for two very hungry people. I started my meal with an order of wings which were damn spicy and good. Wasn’t expecting the best wings ever but they are good. I just wish they were a bit hotter so I could burn my mouth up a bit more. Once the pizza arrived it stared me in the eyes like it knew it was better than me and I submitted to it for this pizza was now my master and I was pleased by this all. There is so much cheese in it that I could’ve cried. But I held it together. I managed to eat two and tried to eat another and failed. We took the rest home and then I couldn’t resist temptation so I finished the whole massive goodness. No shame and no regrets. Definitely check this place out.

So we decided to order some food for our girls night in and thought we would finally try this place. Big mistake! ! We ordered the combo platter with marinara and ranch and the Rosati’s salad with their house Italian. After waiting an hour for our food to arrive, there was no salad dressing or marinara sauce and the appetizers were barely warm. We asked the driver where the sauce and dressing was and he said that they were out of the house dressing and he wasn’t sure where the marinara was. We called bac k immediately and the girl said that when he gets back I can send him back over with the dressing and sauce. After waiting another hour he arrives with two marinara sauce. So we called back again to speak to the manager. After being on hold 10 minutes a man got on the phone and said he was a manager but his English is not good so can we call back tomorrow. Seriously? Never again.

A came to this place after trying some samples they were giving away just before their grand opening. ATMOSPHERE Rosati’s is a sports bar & grille type of place, I don’t know why exactly but I had been expecting a nicer, sit-down type of restaurant. The layout of the dining area is awkward, the tables are far apart with large walking areas between and a poorly constructed diving wall in the middle of the room. The waitstaff was friendly and mostly helpful. FOOD The first food item I tried was the garlic cheese bread, I would not recommend this. This was awful, the bread was soft, moist, and lukewarm-no what you’d want from toast. The mozzarella cheese was slimy and tasteless. You can get better cheese bread in the frozen food section at your local Walmart. The Pizza Finally, this restaurant’s redeeming quality-the pizza. We ordered their regular thin crust, which is slightly thicker than a thin crust you’d get at Pizza Hut or Dominos. Their double dough($ 2 more) is more like what a hand tossed pizza would be at a chain pizza place. The pizza was also fairly expensive, coming to about $ 15 for a small. The pizza comes built dough, then sauce, then toppings, then cheese. BOTTOMLINE Bottom line, you can get better pizza elsewhere, and cheaper too. However, if you’re stuck on the east side and want a pizza that’s something different(and you got a couple extra bucks to spend), then Rosati’s might be the place for you. Otherwise you might find yourself let down, as low expectations will serve you greatly here. Notes — the deep dish pizza is STUPIDEXPENSIVE here, it starts priced at a small for $ 16, with one topping, plus $ 2 per topping additional(the $ 2 are even charged for vegetable toppings) $ 3 per for a large, with a large deep dish costing over $ 21. I don’t think I’d go back. Total cost for 2 people, 1 drink, 1 order of garlic cheese bread, and 1 small pizza: $ 27 plus tip.

I hadn’t encountered Rosati’s before, but it looks like they have quite a few locations throughout the country, and I’m always happy to see new national restaurants open in El Paso, it makes it more of a legitimate city. I was eager to try this place because I love Chicago Deep Dish pizza, and there aren’t many places you can get it in El Paso, in fact only place I can think of is BJ’s. And that’s exactly the best place to compare Rosati’s to, its kind of like a more casual BJ’s with a lot more TVs, and perhaps a little cheaper. Much to my dismay, they do not make personal pizzas here, luckily you can order by the slice off menu(if they have any). The slice will be regular and not deep dish, sadly. Still, a nice, soft, doughy, crust, with lots of cheese, and very spicy pepperoni. A nice change of pace from chain pizzas and trendy thin crust gourmet ones. They do make Chicago Deep Dish Pizza, as well as something they call«Double Dough,» but you have to order a full pizza for them, not by the slice. Their menu goes far beyond pizzas, however, offering plenty of sandwiches, pastas, calzones, wings, and even ribs. Most of their non-pizza dishes are $ 10, I had the spaghetti meatballs, which isn’t very adventurous, but I like to judge from the basics. It was good, big portion, tasty meatballs, good sauce. A very satisfying lunch. I really liked the atmosphere, there are LOTS of TVs, and big ones too, so this is definitely a great place to watch sports. Staff is friendly and helpful, there’s lots of tables and booths, a big bar, and the restrooms are in mint condition.
