Village Inn

Visited your location and was very, very disappointed with the service and the food, although I realize you had your hands full with a wait time and all, the food should not be of bad quality service. Your service was slow, very nice server very polite and a great smile, but that does not make up for the cold food on the plate, hash browns were not thoroughly cooked, it was half cooked, the skillet we ordered had the potatoes thinned out to seem like it was a plate full, so the presentation of plates was not very appealing. The serviced lacked refills on drinks, no one to ask cuz everyone was really busy running around, but not listening to your customers complain about the food presentation.

Nothing bad to say. The food was good, the service was fast and the staff checked on us regularly. It is a new location and you can tell management takes pride in the cleanliness of the establishment.
