The S café used to be great! Great food and reasonable prices. Now it’s just meh. I only come here if I’m desperate for food and I don’t feel like driving anywhere. Like this morning for instance, I didn’t bring my breakfast to work and I was in the mood for a bagel and a coffee. They always have good coffee but I went to peruse the bagel section and they only had three bagels left and none of them looked appetizing at all! I settled for some cream of wheat that was barely warm and not very creamy. All the people who work here are great, and I really want to like the place. I think the food quality and selection has gone downhill in recent years. Please fix it because it’s so convenient for us!

The food here is always great! They serve breakfast from the hours of 6 am — 9 am. And Lunch starts from 11 am — 1 pm. But the staff is always there if you want to grab something in between those hours like a snack or any of the express items they have out like, parfaits, express salads, boiled eggs, cottage cheese, puddings, just to name a few. They always have a great array of products and food to eat. In the morning, they have everything imaginable for breakfast at the grill bar. Whatever you’re in the mood for, they have it. They also have a different special every morning that includes a small coffee in the price. They have bagels, donuts, pastries, scones, cream of wheat, oatmeal, a fresh fruit bar, and even a barista to make you a yummy coffee drink if you don’t want something from the grill. During lunch, they make everything from Mexican food, pizza, Italian foods, rotisserie home cooked food, soups, salads, even healthy and vegetarian food. They even have a sushi chef every other Wednesday. This is the week that the sushi falls on. But all are just simply amazing. They also have an array of snacks and desserts to choose from as well. They have brownies, cookies, puddings, pastries, and plenty of other items to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Ararmark company established at this site, also has a website where you can receive a free item each week with a purchase. Each week it is something different. All you need to do is print it out and present it at the register. The Café has such a great vibe, they play contemporary music to get you going. Friendly vibes and the chef is always around for comments and suggestions. The cafeteria is actually designed for Northrop Grumman Staff, but you don’t need to be apart of Northrop to go and eat there. Come in and try them out.

The environment and the sitting area has not changed. The food has gone downhill though from when it first opened. They have cut down on the quality of the food and still maintained the cost. I only come here when I am desperate for food and do not want to drive anywhere.

Not that bad of a place since it beats taking the car out and driving. Some of the plus are: — great seating area since the seats are cushioned — doesn’t feel like a cafeteria. Feels more like a café — there are TVs. — quiet so you can actually hear each other — food is not too bad. Usually freshly made! — lots to chose from(salad, dessert, icecream, etc) — you don’t need a NGID badge to eat here!!! The price is fair, not cheap but it is about the same price as going to a restaurant. You can go get water and tell them it is water and they won’t charge you. A lot of people don’t know that. But depending on what you order, there are combos that comes with a drink. The workers there are really nice and are willing to help you if you have any questions. Condiments are in the back. Usually stuck in between going here and Raytheon café, but definitely would go here over Raytheon’s café anytime.

Apparently, you don’t need an NGC badge to get in here! Besides that, what’s the big deal about a company cafeteria? I’ll tell you what’s the big deal… absolutely nothing. Except maybe that they have expensive prices for shitty food. Ok it’s not that bad, but it’s not really worth coming here unless you have a friend who works in the building, and you want to meet them for lunch, but they don’t have enough time to go out somewhere. Yeah…

Just had lunch here. It was a little pricey for a cafeteria, but I went because a friend works in the building. Also it seems to be of much nicer quality than my work’s cafeteria. I had a pulled pork sandwich, it was pretty good but very oily. Not something I would recommend for anyone with IBS. It came with no sides and all I had was some water to wash it down.

They are getting more options each week as people start realizing that the café is open. I can’t wait for them too get their crêpe grill for breakfast(don’t know why it is taking so long!). The staff is all great and very helpful. I especially enjoy the pizza counter when there are homemade vegetarian calzones… mmmmm. Would really like them to add low carb soft serve frozen yogurt(please) to the menu!

It just recently opened and it’s open to the public. Its inside the lobby of the Northrop Grumman Continental building. Used to be the Xerox building. It has a full blown barista making specialty coffees. Chef are sperated in sections according to food style ie: Asian, Mexican, Italian, home style and fast food. All of it is cooked right in front of you. There is a lounge to relax starbucks style by the coffee bar and the place is very clean. Hours are from 6:00am to 2:00pm
