I work in the area and will often come to this Starbucks for an afternoon pick-me-up. This location tends to get A LOT of foot traffic. Lines can get very long in the afternoon, and some of the baristas are on the slow side. The baristas are mostly friendly and recognize the regulars. This location has wifi, wireless charging, a handful of tables, and a shared parking lot. If you’re in a hurry, I recommend ordering in advance through the Starbucks app.

Just can’t do it anymore. Their lack of register awareness when there is a line is too much. I ‘was’ there essentially mon-fri for about a year between 7−8am. Yes I need my bucks, not coffee bean nor peets, etc. It just got to be so annoying that when there is a line to the front door literally there would just be one cashier. RARELY would I see that 2nd cashier jump on to help etc. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when there were like 5 people in line and the cashier had to help a customer with many questions as she was purchasing a ton of merchandise/gift cards etc and that whole transaction took like 8 minutes. no 2nd cashier jumped on to help etc. they need to stop making people wait in line for an unbearable amount of time and also have to make them wait to make the drink. …and I’m only a drip guy. one day I was super happy driving into work, blasting latest missy elliott… really happy. and after another typical bad waiting 15 min to get a grande drip no room, I realized this Starbucks was ruining the beginning of my workday. time to change necessary. * note: there were times that I got in and out quickly or within a bearable amount of time but that was certainly becoming an exception, not the norm. with all their business I’m positive it’s not an employee cost issue. there are tons of new offices being built right across the street and business will continue to grow. corporate needs to send in more secret shoppers between 7 and 9am and hold that district manager accountable. it is ridiculous.

Far and away the worst service I have had at a Starbucks in the South Bay Area. 20 minutes to get a simple drink… then I get to my meeting and the drink is wrong… not good

Nice little SB if you are in the area. Went in on a Friday morning at 9am and they were out of the Turkey breakfast sandwich… uggh…ended up settling for something else… Got my tea and that gave me a little smile. Anyway, keep in mind that they are NOTOPENONTHEWEEKENDS… how rude?!

Poor customer service-unfriendly staff. Long lines AND the drinks were served messy and dripping-one after another.

I have been coming to this location since 2010 and have got to say that all the baristas I have come to know make this place much more than a place to get a coffee fix. These women and men take the time to get to know their customers and are at the ready to ask you about your day and make it that much better by providing you with a cup of Joe or what have you. Even when there is a long line, they manage to get you your drink in under five. Thank you guys for making me feel like a valued customer! Shout out to Lauren Nikko Sarah Yessie and Betsy!!!

The baristas are nice and very fast. Went in at lunch time thinking it would take forever but I was out the door within 5 min.

People who enjoy Starbucks go to Starbucks. I really don’t need to tell you about the coffee. The service has always been quick with a smile and occasionally they get someone who is new that is slow slow slow. Beyond that, this is a great location. What is also great about this location what I have recently noticing??? HOTGUYS! The guys, my fellow Starbucks customers, are pretty HOT. I ordered my usual ice coffee grande in a venti cup and as I was waiting, I looked to my left, that is one pretty handsome asian guy! Then I look to my right, that is another sexy white guy. Then I look some more, oh that guy kinda looks like Orlando Bloom’s twin. So I am wife and mom of 2 toddler sons but I couldn’t help but look. I really wish my single gal friends and co workers were standing next to me. My advice for all of you single ladies, the guys that frequent here are not only good looking but most likely very smart and successful. In the area there is Boeing, Raytheon, Northrop, Mattel, Various Airlines, LA Kings training center, etc… I am just saying. :) By the way, they also have these really cool charging rings you can charge your cell while waiting for your coffee.

I go to this starbucks quite often since it’s so close to where I work. It does get busy during lunch hours, but they do a pretty good job at keeping the wait time to a minimum. And from what I’ve experienced, their entire staff is really friendly. Definitely one of my favorite starbucks locations.

This Starbucks is right next to my office and that’s why it’s on top of my list. This place has a consistent line of people coming in from the surrounding area. On hot days they really work hard to accommodate everyone. They are good

Being a Starbucks partner I know which locations are fasting which locations are really slow, this location is beyond slooooow! I waited 12 minutes for my drink. I’m better off going to Noah’s. Also drinks don’t taste the same. Huge disappointment

Hands down my favorite Starbucks. These baristas are my absolute favorites! They are constantly making the best drinks and they are so fast! We come in, probably 4 times a week with our toddler, and they all know his name and treat him so well! Personality goes a long way with me, and all these wonderful people make our mornings so much better. Thank you guys for being our favorite Starbucks!

Despite the fact that I came in at a rush hour(7−8am), the staff was able to attend me, make my drink, and have me out of the door in 5 minutes! Very friendly and professional staff too.

First time at this Starbucks. I was highly disappointed with the short male barista. Stay away from him. Poor customer service. Otherwise, awesome environment and plenty of outdoor seating!

Let’s face it, we are not going to Sbux for the quality coffee and well-crafted drinks. We are going because of ubiquity and SPEED. Avoid this location, if you are looking for people who work with urgency. The service is sloooooowww, like molasses. I often have to leave and go to Noah’s, since I can only be away from work for so long. During the lunch rush there is usually only one person taking orders and ringing, and one person actually making the drinks. Of the 10 times I have actually been here, I have only purchased a drink 3 or 4 times, due to jumping ship for Noah’s.

The convenience to my office is why this Starbucks is at the top of my list, the staff also makes it a very great experience time and time again. Seasonal items are displayed right as you walk it making it an inviting location, and since it is so close to my office its often a mini reunion of friends each and every time I visit. The only downside to this location is that it seems rather small and dark inside sometimes making it feel like a little cave. Other than that this location is top notch.

Way too busy for me! This Starbuck’s had a line out the door at 9AM on a weekday. The line moved, but wow. There was no place to sit, but the tables outside Noah’s Bagels were empty and I figure if they are in Starbuck’s wifi range, it’s legit.(Not sure this theory will fly with any etiquette writer.) Good job getting the masses their drinks!
