The girl Jess is super cute. She handed me my coffee cake like a pro. I’ll probably pretend like I like coffee just to come in weekly to subtly flirt with her. I really don’t have much to say in this review, so I’ll just type what I currently see. Man with blue shirt picked his nose. Guy named Keith is not Keith. Spencer got a pretentious drink. Old guy young guy douche bag haircut. Omg some lady just judged me for my drink! Rude

Maybe I’m catching them on a bad day, but this is officially the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

The worst Starbucks ever, I get here early morning around 5:40 and have to wait 15 min for coffee. They always short staffed and one the ladies has a attitude like its my fault their location is busy. BTW they dot. Listen to your order, gave me the wrong breakfast so many times also I always say coffee room for cream and they never do that. It’s really frustrating

I’m a fan of Starbucks, but this location messes up my simple order on the regular. Disappointed!

Perfect location walking distance to work so, I like to get my coffee energy before starting work. However, service is slow, employees don’t greet customers before taking order. This is the only Starbucks, near work and I have to have my coffee energy otherwise I would nit return to this location.

After dinner on a weeknight, my friend and I wanted to grab a drinnk and continue our catch up but a lot of cafes were closed by 9:30 pm so we lucked out with this Starbucks’ late hours. When we got here though, the parking lot was quite dead because the Ralphs had already closed. All the cars in the parking lot were Starbucks patrons. We went in to order our drinks and the barista greeted us with this huge smile! Since I had already 2 cups of Starbucks coffee by then, I wanted to order the Apple Spice but they were sold out! Since it was cold out, I opted for another latte, half-sweet. Most of the seats inside were all taken, so we had to find a table outside. Was a bit weary to be sitting outside at night, there were a lot of homeless people sleeping around the outside chairs but if you do not bother them, they will not bother you. Service: 4 stars Area: 3 stars This location is very close to LAX, and we could see planes flying by here and there while we sat there and enjoyed our drinks. The patio area, near the parking lot, is really nicely decorated with lights on the overhang. It seems that a lot of people like to come to this location as it is probably because it opens late. They also have wireless chargers for patrons to use but it is only useful if you sit inside and at one of the tables that have the wireless charger.

Why did you give me 2% milk when I asked for whole milk. Whole milk tastes different than 2% when in a hot Chat tea latte. Also the color of the milk labels are different. Soooo yeeeaaaaa color blind or don’t care?

Been ordering a green tea frap at various locations for over 5 years and this one finally asked me if I wanted it sweetened? I’ve even ordered it here plenty of times. What are they teaching this new girl? I’ve never been asked that question, I don’t know how you guys make your Fraps?!

I came here an hour before my friend’s flight landed at LAX, and it was the perfect location to wait and get some work done at the same time. Because it is attached to a Ralph’s, there is plenty of parking, which is something that can be difficult to find in LA. Like all Starbucks’s, there is free wifi and bathrooms which makes waiting for flights very easy. I wish there was more indoor seating, but there is A LOT of outdoor seating. The outdoor area is actually really nice — there is a huge terrace that is draped with bougainvilleas and it is really beautiful! I haven’t ever seen something like that at a Starbucks. I don’t live in the area, but I’ll definitely come back if I’m going to the airport.

Ok lets be honest starbucks is starbucks its good. But the people make it special. I was in line and this lady in front of me was Impossible!!! Even I wanted to yell at her. The lady who took her order was amazing! I wish i got her name. But hands down was calm and made the customer happy

You can always find a Starbucks in Cali and I LOVE that! Just stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and a passion tea lemonade. Great service and the wait wasn’t long. They have seating inside and in the outside patio area. Close to Ralph’s, Jersey Mike’s and Chase bank. Great location and not far from the airport or highway.

This location is pretty close to the airport so it’s a great spot to wait for your flight or the call for picking up someone. It’s got plenty of seats and power outlets for laptop and phone charging needs.

This is an average Starbucks location. The line seems to backup quickly and was to the door by the time I left the store. Dinks are made at an average pace. If you’re in a hurry, you might want to try a different location. The chai tea latte has been hit and miss over the past few days. I asked for the first one to be remade but today’s was acceptable.

I’m writing this, as a former barista, this is the WORST service I have ever had at a Starbucks. I visit this Starbucks almost every day, for the last 7 months, and they’ve still not learned my name or my drink. And it’s pretty pathetic when it’s the same people helping me as well. I thought the point of Starbucks was to nurture the human spirit, one cup at a time. But with service like this, they’re doing just the opposite. They’re slow and rude, and if there was any other coffee near my office I would absolutely go there instead. Anything would be better than being treated poorly first thing in the morning. Maybe they should be retrained on the Starbucks service that is expected from customers. Wish I had a different location I could go to, so that I wouldn’t have to deal with these people anymore. Working in the customer service industry is a place where we can make a difference in people’s lives. You have no idea what people are dealing with in their personal life, but you have the opportunity to make a difference. In my years working in customer service, I’ve seen all sorts of people walk through my doors. I’ve laughed with customers, I’ve cried with customers, I’ve seen some go through divorces, and others meet their significant others and get have a baby(and I was one of the first people they shared that with!) I believe that it’s a blessing to be able to play a huge part in those people’s lives. Something as simple as remembering a name, or smiling at someone, or having a drink ready when the person is paying for it is just an extra touch that this store really needs.

Like I believe all locations, there is Free wifi but it is very slow. If you plan to spend some time here, you may want to get here early or in between the rush hours. SERVICE: I have had very warm, genuinely nice and cheerful cashiers/Barista’s AND I have also encountered grumpy, overwhelmed and curt ones. This is the closest Starbucks to my office and I’ve been here enough times to learn that it always has a line out the door during the prime morning hours of 7am — 9am. I now go over after I’ve settled into my morning office routine between 9:30am — 10:30am. There is no line(maybe, just maybe two or three people if that ordering) but that I believe is the magic hour. FOOD/DRINK: I believe I can speak for most that we know what to expect when we go to Starbucks in terms of the Java boost and tasty treats. I have not had a chance to try their hot breakfast sandwiches or panini’s but I hear they are pretty good. My breakfast usual comprise of a Carmel Macchiato or Caffe Latte with either an Almond Biscotti, the Vanilla Scones or Classic Coffee Cake. I haven’t had a problem with receiving an incorrect or bad order of coffee at this location so this location gets points there. Just today I asked for no foam in my Latte turns out there was foam. The barista(kindly and apologetically) offered to make me a new one but I didn’t want to be «that customer» so I thanked her for offering and went on my merry way. SEATING: This location offers an outdoor patio area, has bar like seating inside and regular tables as well. I think this location caters to the business execs and people on their way to LAX which might explain the smaller seating area but large waiting area in the back. It’s hit and miss at this location in terms of service but when I need my coffee fix or have to pick up coffee for the office, I will stroll over to this one. PARKING: While this Starbucks shares a big lot with Ralphs, Chase and Jersey Mikes, the design of the spaces and where the retailers are placed can make it pretty crazy at times. Especially during the prime hours of lunch and after work. People are always in a hurry and you must be careful of speeding cars, the corners and maze like lot.

One Barista, one cashier. 9 deep in line at 7:30. You can do better for $ 3 coffee, Starbucks.

This Starbucks is located on Sepulveda next to a Ralph’s Market. It is very close to LAX and it always seems very busy. This store use to be very small and has thankfully been recently(2014) expanded. I believe that they expanded their backroom and opened up their old storage room into a bigger seating area. The service is friendly but there always seems to be a long line and a long wait.

I go to this location often but it’s because it’s walking distance from my office. Service has always been a hit or miss but lately, there’s a few new members there who have given such great service. And they actually hardly ever mess up on my drinks. My problem is they just have some employees that they need to get rid of — 2 grumpy and bitter women in particular. Why one star? This morning when I got a pastry, it was moldy and the ham was brown, and it was frozen in the middle still. I was absolutely disgusted. How could you serve customers that? I will be letting the store know but just thought I would let all you patrons know as well. Check out the pic I added.

I truly didn’t realize until today how different each Starbucks is! When I came here this morning, I noticed a sign saying get a FREE Fizzio with the purchase of a limited edition tumbler before July 6. I made a mental note of it. After work, I picked up my daughter from daycamp and went to the Starbucks by my house. I picked up the limited edition tumbler and asked the barista if it was the correct one for the free Fizzio. She didn’t know so she asked her boss. The boss said no, there is no promotion like that going on now. I must’ve seen an old sign. I’m not crazy and I know how to read. So I went back to my favorite Starbucks where I saw the sign. I asked the barista which tumbler is the right one. She verified that I had the right one(shocker!) AND she gave me a coupon to get ANOTHERFREE grande Fizzio before 7⁄6! Yup…I love this Starbucks! Btw~ the Fizzio is delish! I got the ginger ale today and will try the lemonade one next.
