I highly recommend going to Jessie. She is so easy to get along with and is great at what she does! She will work on any area that you ask her to and will make you feel comfortable.

Finally, hair removal that is permenant! Had no issues with getting my days booked, and I needed to get my arm hair removed prior to my tattoo (although she told me that electrolysis CAN happen over a tattoo too… I didn’t know that!).
Very easy to get to in El Segundo, she plays some chill music while she works, and there’s a lot of removal that gets done in just an hour. My second time there I ended up getting a two hour session just because it doesn’t hurt and I might as well get as much as I can.
She books up really fast so I suggest booking out multiple sessions with her ‘package deal.‘
Do yourself a favor and skip out on the Laser Hair Removal, and instead get Electrolysis. Its the only thing that works.

Jessie is great! After years of waxing and tweezing, I decided I wanted to find a permanent solution. I found Senza Peli here on Unilocal and once I realized that she was right here in El Segundo, I decided to give her a try. I started with my chin and upper lip and once I started to see the results (and realized it’s not as painful as I had imagined), I’ve now moved on to my bikini area and thighs. Not sure what the other reviewer meant by her space not being the greatest, as it’s got plenty of room, is painted a soothing blue, and has a window that lets in the sunshine. It’s not a full-​service salon or spa, so she has just the space that she needs to do her work. Jessie is incredibly knowledgeable and will really educate you on hair removal. I think she cares about all her clients and wants everyone to be satisfied with her work.

Jessie is great and the service is outstanding. She is a master at keeping you entertained so you forget why you are there — she is friendly and professional.

Real talk: laser hair removal is absolutely not permanent. Not even after 6 sessions. Not even after 8. It doesn’t work on all hair and skin colors. And it is most definitely not painless.
More real talk: Electrolysis is permanent (just ask Rita Hayworth and her porcelain forehead). Although you have small areas – it’s perfect for underarms and navel – worked on at one time, you are actually shutting down that hair follicle. It works on all hair and skin colors. And although it’s not painless, I don’t think it’s worse than lasers. If you can handle a bikini wax, you’ll be fine. If you can handle a Brazilian, you’re golden.
Jessie of Senza Peli is awesome. She’s painstaking and methodical. Expect attention to detail. Also expect cheer and warmth. Bonus: she offers «packages» of hours at a discount, which everyone can appreciate.

Jessie Sullivan at Senza Peli is the best electrologist that I’ve ever had and I’ve had electrolysis done by several different people. First off, Jessie has the latest machine is that virtual painless except on the most sensitive areas. Other electrologists use outdated machines that make hair removal so painful that I avoided going for at least 5 years until I found Jessie.
Jessie is pretty, personable and very friendly. She is always upbeat and the time goes quickly. She is fastidious about cleanliness. She is fast and efficient and regrowth is much less than with other operators. She has young eyes and can remove even the finest blond hairs.
Her prices are reasonable and she’s very accommodating. I’ve been going to her for more than a year and my results are great.

Jessie is very professional and makes you feel at ease. I’ve never had electrolysis before and Jessie made me feel very comfortable and let me know exactly what I was in for. First time electrolysis treatment to remove hairs. My hairs are getting scraggly and grey now, So I Unilocaled until I found Jessie’s Senza Peli shop. She is the best, Very fast and effective hair removal, only a little pain, like a lot of bees stinging your skin. Pain is tolerable. No Pain No Gain, Fool! Her shop is clean and easy to find, right in the middle of downtown el segundo. Jessie is a very nice young lady, with lots of charm and personality, makes you feel right at home. She can remove a lot of hairs in one hour. Yayy! Almost hair free!

I’ve been seeing Jessie for a while now and she is awesome! She just moved to a new location so no more people bugging you to get other work done anymore when all you want is hair removal done. Yay! Not that the last place was terrible, just a little cluttered, since it was someone else’s place she was working in.
Anyway, I love the new place! Can’t wait to see it when it’s finished. ;-) I’ve been seeing Jessie for about 7 months now and am seeing great results. I did have a minor set back though that I caused from removing the hair myself in between appointments. That caused my hair to become stronger and grow deeper roots. So, my advice, do NOT try to take care of the hair yourself, while in between appointments, unless you trim with eyebrow scissors. Jessie warned me, but I thought for some reason that it was okay if I used another method. I was completely wrong! So, listen to her when she is giving you advice or guidelines to follow. Don’t be like me!

I was so scared my first time. I had laser hair removal done before and it hurt. The thought of needles really scared me as I am «allergic» to pain. Jessie made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. To my surprise, it didn’t even hurt! I wish I would have done this sooner. Jessie is great! I highly recommend her.
