I’m now completely out of blood pressure and ulcer medication. Why? This Walgreens has been unable to process their own automatic Email refill notices that they send me. Over the past few months the prescription service has gotten progressively worse and worse to the point where they are seemingly unable to process routine refills of critical medication, and the staff wanders around in a daze with no idea of what’s going wrong.
If you have life-​sustaining or critical prescription medications then this pharmacy is probably not a very good choice.

Seriously, the wait time to PICK-​UP a prescription that i had called in 2 DAYS AGO /shouldn’t take this long. There were only 2 staff members working here. So inefficient.

Unfriendly, disorganized and incompetent. The last three times I’ve had to deal with them have been a nightmare and which I why write this. I figured if something doesn’t work favorably for me that it could just be that time… but when it repeated itself I figured it was a real problem.
I am fortunate that this is not life threatening circumstances, but I still receive grief.
For example, I am leaving the country for a bit… and wanted to get a refill for my prescription. They said no… the doctor said one refill, which didn’t make sense. She was very curt and unhelpful to boot. So, I made an appointment… drove to La Crescenta. Came back… and guess what? Two days later… I get a recording saying that my prescription is ready. This has happened too many times for it to be an anomaly. Stay away!

I have always been a supporter of this Walgreens especially as a Kindergarten teacher who is constantly using their photo center for class projects and gifts. With my first day of school I took first day photos and the kids made beautiful frames. In excitement to pick up photos when I showed up they said they had not printed even though I had an email to prove they were. I then went in the next day to hear the same response. I went home upset so my husband then called to hear they had been ready since yesterday. My kids were not able to take home their projects and I was very disappointed in this. When my husband called and said he would need to now drive back for the third time that he thought he should be compt the price of the photos for the hassle they refused and said if we did not want them they would be tossed. I am very upset and will never use this Walgreens for their unprofessionalism again.

Ian at the photo department was awesome! He was very helpful and polite had my photo ready in 2 mins yay! As long as there is people like him I’ll keep coming to this Walgreens :)

Compound pharmacy with friendly, professional and helpful staff.
There are very few compound pharmacies around and its been great to have one close by — down the street from the park I take my dog! Thanks Walgreens pharmacist!

I visited this Walgreens today, Monday 12÷30÷14 looking for Chrismas items on sale. Today, things are 50% off.
This is a typical discount around the 1^st week leading out of Christmas, then I think it goes to 70% by the weekend then 90% usually.
Right now, there’s a CVS at 8985 Venice Blvd that already has 90% off and the inventory has been picked through.
I’m waiting for this place to offer deeper discounts soon :)
At 50%, there’s not a whole lot of motivation to buy stuff you don’t need.
At 90% off I’m buying stuff I shouldn’t

Called for my prescription around 11:45am and was suppose to hear back around 2pm. Called back around 3 and was suppose to hear back in 30 mins. Called back again around 6:45 and was told it was ready to be picked up about 3 – 4 hours ago! WTF where is my call? My text? Any info? I waited around sick as a dog all day for this BS. I let them know I was extremely sick and any kind of help would be nightly appreciated and that please let me know when it’s ready. Screw this place! I’m never going here

The pharmacy staff (particularly one afternoon female) could use some lessons on customer service. Some of them have been pleasant enough, but 80% of my visits have made me feel very unappreciated and an inconvenience over stupid things like paying with cash. If you have a problem working with people then don’t go into a field that works with people.

They have what I am looking for, convenient and fast service.

The pharmacy department is good too. They are fast, and helpful.
Their only problem is parking and the solicitors out front.

This is the WORST Pharmacy near LAX. They never have any prescriptions in stock. Even when calling in a refill and confirming they have a month’s supply to fill my prescription, they always partial fill, for only 3 days. The people behind the counter act like it is no big deal saying that I can pick up the rest the following day. I tell them that I am on my lunch break and do not have time to come back and that I will be back the next week. They do not have the courtesy to contact me to inform me that I will have to wait to receive a full month’s prescription. This has happened three (3) of my last refills.
Today, I went in and they gave me three days instead of a month again. I told them to cancel that order and that I will like my other prescription. She wanted me to wait to the side so she can help other customers before she would cancel the one order. I refused and told her to cancel my entire order. I am now transferring my prescriptions to CVS down the street.

It serves its purpose as a drug store, but an odd feel to the whole store.

Came on a weekend to get a card for a birthday and a gift card… so we didn’t end up paying anything overpriced because a gift card is a gift card (not to Walgreens but a giftcard to Marcy’s).
PARKING: In front. Tons
SERVICE: Fast, but there was one guy at the register for the line we had to endure.
OVERALL: We’re in and out and done.

i originally noticed this place because of the bright lights and that they’re open 24hrs. it reminded me a lot of vegas. i guess i’m easily amused.
i came by finally because i had a coupon for some Charmin and Bounty. i figured its down the street so i checked it out. i would like to give them the benefit and say they were having an off day. the place was not very well kept. it was around 2 in the afternoon, but, it seemed like they were stocking the entire store. they had a ladder out in one of the aisles and stuff just looked disorganized. i also noticed, as i walked up and down the unorganized aisles, that the prices were kind of steep for common everyday stuff. things like miralax, and cereal and chili and regular paper towels etc… maybe i’m just spoiled, but, my old CVS had those yellow tags showing the discounted price on a lot of items. here it was only pretty much the stuff i was looking for. they may want to consider their marketing style. i’m a sucker for random purchases if something catches my eye. NSM this day.
on a side note, my cashier was a really helpful and knowledgeable dude. he knew when the sale was over on some cheap milk. cool enough.

The prices here are DUMB, way too overpriced.
The parking is horrible. The number of spaces for Walgreens is very limited. The only time I come here is when I am at The Habit which is right next door. The only time I will buy something from this spot is when I want a pack of gum.
I have no idea how this place being so LARGE keeps their doors open.
If you have any sense go to Target a little further down Sepulveda on your left hand side.

DO NOT come here during lunch time. This store share parking with other shops in the plaza. It’s always a nightmare trying to find parking… not really worth the headache or to waste 20 mins just to get a birthday card.

It’s a Walgreens. Aren’t there like one of these (or CVS, Rtie-​Aid) on every corner just about? It’s still fairly new.
Parking: Good luck during the busy part of a normal work day. Great at night or weekends.
