Batteries Plus

Wanted to share an experience I had with the owner of this business. I had taken many watches and other items in for batteries in the past and had always had good luck finding the right replacement battery. Recently I took a Skagen watch in for a battery replacement and the back of the watch would not come off and the store clerk accidently sliced the watch band trying to take off the back of the watch (ruined the watch). The owner of the store came out with the watch and apologized for what had happened. She insisted on replacing the watch. I told her where I had purchased it, which was 45 minutes away. She called that store and worked with them to get the same exact watch shipped to that store. Then she drove 45 minutes away to purchase the replacement watch. Now that’s customer service! She has my future business.
