This is the WORST Jimmy Johns I have ever been to. As a former Jimmy Johns employee myself, I know what I’m talking about. I live less than a mile away and they refuse to deliver. However, I offered a $ 10 tip once and they delivered. (total bs) The manager (sandi?) totally sucks too. She’s really rude. I’ll NEVER return to this particular location. Its worth the 5 minute drive up Randall to the other Jimmy Johns near LA Fitness. They’re wonderful over there. Maybe Sandi (sp?) should re-​do her training over there in regard to customer service.

I was kind of leery using this location with the bad reviews but I have to say I had great customer service over the phone — very patient, placed three separate orders by cc. Added on another order a few min later and SUPER fast delivery! The store is under 2 miles and we got over food under 15 min of ordering!

I live just under a mile from the store, and ordered a sandwich for delivery (work from home), and had to wait an hour and a half for the driver to arrive with a soggy sandwich. Called and spoke with the General Manager who was completely unapologetic and refused to compensate with a coupon for next visit, or comping my meal, instead saying «all I can do is send a different driver out with another sandwich», and «we no longer advertise our service as being Freaky Fast». Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, nor will I recommend that anyone else order from this location.

The food was ok, but kinda low on the topings. The staff is horrible. I walk in and about 5 people are standing at the counter bullshitting around. They also dont wear hair nets or hats so it was kinda gross to see them around the open containers of fresh veggies on their counter. Not going there again ill go across the street to subway.

This Jimmy Johns deserves its low rating. The sandwiches are always short on ingredients and slopped together like someone is in a very big hurry. Even worse, the vegetables are never ripe and of questionable quality; tomatoes should not be crunchy and lettuce is supposed to be green, not white. Finally, accessing the store is really inconvenient.

I ordered an unwich veggie sandwich, I was at school and had it delivered. The service was great and fast, but when I unwrapped the sandwich there was a alive bug wrapped up in my sandwich… Disgusting! I usually love jimmy johns but this really made me want to take a break.

I love Jimmy John’s but will not visit this location again. The first visit a month ago was «eh». The quality of sandwiches we received was not the best. Thought it was an off day for them so my husband tried again last week. He went by the drive thru and when he got back to work he opened his sandwich to find only meat… nothing else on the sandwich! I’m not sure what he paid $ 8 for. I called the store to speak with someone about it and get him an actual sandwich and was told the manager would call me back which of course never happened. They easily could have said sorry, come by and pick up a new sandwich. 1 star for quality and service.

I’ve ordered from here before. The first few times was great; however, since then the quality/​timing has become poor. For example, it took an hour for delivery today. None of our drinks were correct and the meat on my roast beef sandwich could not be chewed. I’m seriously thinking this may be my last time ordering from there.

Don’t have any issue with the food. It was typically good Jimmy John’s food. My comment refers to the staff. My team was performing detailed audits of operational activities in multiple cities around the state. We’re not paid by the hour so we’re focused on the tasks at hand… I’ve come to laugh at the clearly uneasy facial expressions I receive when visiting towns around the great state of Illinois and this visit was no exception.
