Go to the holiday inn next door for $ 30 less. Got stuck here due to a hockey tournament. Day 1, only three mins of hot water, and then cold. Eventually the hot water came back, but at $ 120 a night, I should never have cold water. Day 2, someone smoking pot and cigarettes on the second floor… Smells coming under the door and into the room. Hotel staff Remedy: febreeze. Then the Hilton honor wifi, quits working and won’t reconnect. Horrible.

Came into town for a concert. Was ok with the room until we went to get into bed. At midnight we had to call down to the front desk for new sheets and endure 15 minutes of awkward painful silence as the front desk staff begrudgingly changed our sheets. Literally said out loud «have you ever had to even do this before?» You can guess what the other employees response was. If your want bedding that doesn’t include the last guys hairs, DONT stay here. If that isn’t enough to ruin your stay at a hotel, what is?

Really disappointed in this Hampton Inn. It’s outdated, musty, elevators smell like smoke, toilet will flush randomly. If I wanted to stay at a super 8 level hotel I would have booked one. After moving rooms twice I left and headed to the Holiday Inn.

I recently stayed here and was very happy. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was nice and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. It’s an excellent choice for the price!

This place is absolutely horrible. Lets start with my checkin. «You ordered a smoking room correct»? It is 2013 and we should not still offer smoking rooms. Smoking is a choice; if you choose to smoke than you choose to do it outside of public buildings. This hotel just reeks of cigarette smell. The whole lower east wing reeked of it!!!
It is also old and run down. I pulled the bed back, from the wall, and found dirt, crayons, and what I will call «stuff».
Shockingly the exercise room was all that was decent. Although it did have two flat screens; they only got a handful of channels.
I will not stay again and will drive out of my way next time! I wish I could give it NO stars!!!

Pembroke Pines, FL
Clean rooms, flat screen tvs, and a great breakfast. Nice pool and fitness room. Is it the Four Seasons? No. You get what you pay for, and it is in a very convenient location. Plus, the staff is great. Very friendly and helpful.
