Wing Stop

Been to this location a few times and never had any issues. I call my order in ahead of time and it’s always ready when i get there. The bone-​in lemon pepper and garlic parm wings are good. For some reason the bbq wings on my last visit were spicy. Overall decent customer service.

The management at this location needs some serious help. On more than one occasion I have called to place an order and they are out of either wings or strips. If the main product you sell is chicken how is it that you’ve run out on a Wednesday evening? Reading other reviews, I see I’m not the only person who has noticed this trend.
Also, EVERY time I call I’m placed on hold for a minimum of 3 – 5 minutes, though sometimes longer. The staff is always polite and apologetic & I do not think the fault is necessarily with them. Management should consider hiring a dedicated phone person, especially on busy days. I imagine that a lot of people give up and take their business elsewhere, as I have done many times.
Considering the ridiculous amount of time I’ve spent on hold (only to find that they’ve run out of chicken) it seems that I might be better off driving to the Bloomingdale location.

Love the wings but you always forget to include a side of cheese or drink you guys really need to check the orders consistently. Not bad but the wings expecially the garlic Parmesan needs to be coded better. please check your orders every time

I’ve been to this Wing Stop maybe 6 times. The customer service is pretty good, which is why I gave them 3 stars. They are not consistent at all when it comes to chicken (something they are known for.) My very first experience was great but after that, it’s
more hit or miss. A lot of the times, the chicken is over cooked. I’ll give them one more try because I have coupons, but if nothing changes, they can keep their chicken.

Customer service was okay but the food is just not good. I’ve given this place many chances since my friends always end up wanting to come here, they just put way too much sauce on the wings and the bone in wings are so small! Plus they always run out of things like napkins and ketchup. probably will not go back!

I’m not sure how the food is being that I ordered on a Sunday afternoon but THEY WERE OUT OF WINGS! How can a place called Wing Stop be out of wings?

The service at the counter was friendly and welcoming. Better than expected. However, I thought for a wing place, the wings were bad and small. The fries were over cooked but the proportion was huge. I threw them out. My wife did not like the wings, sauce or fries. I tried the wings 4 months ago and was also not impressed. Last visit.

I have been to other Wing Stops but this location had the best service and food! The food tasted fresh and came out really quick! The seasoned fries are YUMMMM! Eat them there! They taste so much better warm and with a side of your favorite sauce! The owner was really helpful! He donated gift cards to our charity raffle which was greatly appreciated by our organization! I would highly recommend going here!

So, I’d like to really give them 3.5 stars. I always call ahead and my food is always ready in time. That’s a great convenience. Other pluses include the Louisiana dry rub, it’s excellent. And, drum roll please… the French fries. They are simply amazing; I’d say the best fries I’ve ever had. The seasoning on them is just the best, plus they are fresh cut and the portions are really generous. I’ve looked up the secret to the seasoning, come to find out it’s sugar. I know that sounds odd, but please trust me here, give them a try and you’ll see.
The bad news, the wings (I’ve only had boneless) and sopping wet if you get a sauce. It’s too much, I wipe them down every time, and really, I haven’t found a sauce I like. They are fine, but I really prefer the sauces at BWW to these sauces. Hence, the dry rub, it really is good.
Bottom line, check your coupons in the mail. I like to go on .60 cent Mondays or Tuesdays with the free five boneless coupon or use the free fry coupon. If you do this, it’s worth the price.

The building inside was cute, and clean. I thought the guy at the register was very nice and helpful explaining items they had and recommending what to try for a first timer. The wings were on the small side, the boneless wings were better, and the fries weren’t the greatest. Total bummer especially since they said they were hand cut!
Won’t be going back, but worth a try!

First time at this place and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The service was great, Kayla was so sweet and really took great care of us! We had our Draft party there and they were so accomodating! The wings were great! Mango Habanero is for sure my favorite thing I tried… perfect blend of hot and sweet. Highly recommend stopping by this place!

Used to be a GREAT fan of the prior location in St. Charles which closed a few yrs ago. This location opened where the prior Caribu Coffee was and it close to where I live. I went there in January with a coupon for some Free food with purchases, it took forever for me to place my order, then took eeons for it to be ready, seemed liked they did not have their act together, they also would not let me use multiples coupons even if I paid separately. They had not been open long so I cut them some slack. I went back a second time and the same issues still existed. Went back a again and all the issues still existed, the only improvement was they let me use multiple coupons.
To be honest I never go here unless I have a coupon and even with a coupon they are over-​priced for the amount of wings you get, yalthough ou get a ton of fries, I don’t need enough fries for 5 people just for me, they should adjust the serving size with less fries and more wings. The wings are better then at most places but the service needs serious improvement. They also need some serious food quality control. 2 times I was sick after I ate there, I am convinced it was the chicken and not the fries. Every times I went there my orders were to go, I did not order head, I ordered upon arrival. I really don’t remember the St. Charles location ever having this issue and I was annoyed when that location closed, so I had high hopes for this one. So far they are disappointing me and others.

2^nd time at this location, first experience was in the middle of winter after they had just opened, had to wait about 40 minutes to get food but it was busy so I understood. Decided to try again last week. Ordered online, Went in 35 minutes later and order was not ready, paper with order was sitting next to the register but it was never punched into the order system.
Told it would be 3 minutes, they made it quickly but the food was horrible. Dried out wings, tough, barely any sauce. Honestly it tasted as though they had been cooked once and put back in the fryer to «reheat». If they made a mistake I would have preferred they just owned up to it rather than give me a big bag of burnt food. I have been to other wing stops and enjoyed the food but this one will not be one I go to again.

I am not sure what is going on with this wingstop. I have ordered a few different times and twice, I got undercooked wings. Then tonight, we ordered and I went in and they could not find the order. So I left and went somewhere else for food. They called us two hours later to tell us our food is ready. Whatever! I hope this wingstop pulls it together, because it has the best chicken wings and ranch around.

Average wings. Lemon pepper wings were the most disappointing. Dry boneless wings with flavor in the breading. This is the same for the garlic parm boneless wings. There isn’t a sauce on them. The seasoning is in breading. For the price I would rather eat Pizza Hut wings on McLean. Those are awesome!
Cajun fries are huge but very soggy. Not great. Skip this place and just go to a Pizza Hut that is a wing stop.

I was excited to try out this location as one of my friends is a huge fan of wing stop. I tried the Garlic Parmesan and Teriyaki wings. Overall, my wings were good– they were a good size, and the flavor was good– though my parm wings were a bit buttery for my taste. My husband tried two of the spicier varieties, and he was less than impressed. He felt they didn’t have a very good kick. We both absolutely loved the fries, but were less than thrilled with the ranch and blue cheese sauces.
Service was excellent, the wings came out exactly when they said they would be ready. There were a large number of TVs in the restaurant, so it would be a fun spot to watch a game. The staff was very pleasant, and the location was clean. Overall, I think my husband prefers BWW– so we will probably go there instead, but this location was not bad at all.

Wings are really good, of course, the Louisiana rub is probably my favorite, though I won’t say no to the teriyaki either! Lots of different options for sauces and they have more than just wings, too. Fries are fresh cut and are pretty decent. Wish the prices were a little cheaper but can’t complain too much! Probably the only complaint I’d have is that they could do a better job of keeping tables clean. Last time I was in I got take-​out but I waited at a table and each one I touched seemed sticky from food. Otherwise, it was a pretty good experience! Love the wings plus if you sign up for their little members club you get promotions and such sent to your email, which includes a free order fries for signing up!

Just happen to drive by this place after working out. Decided to stop in and check it out. Boy was I in for a treat. Great wings, amazing fries, and superior service.
I can’t working out now because I have to drive by wing stop to do. Haven’t seen the gym in a month!

Wow! We have been here a few times now and love it. Best wing place around for sure. The owner (or manager) was super friendly and helpful with each visit.
Wings: Nice and crispy. The Louisiana rub and mango habanero are my two favorite. The mango habanero isn’t listed on the menu but they have them. It’s hot, but so good.
Sides: The fries are fresh cut and made to order. The cheese fries were pretty good too. Loved the rolls. Fluffy, light and smothered in butter. Yum!

Stopped by this newly opened location for some wings and Monday Night Football. Fast and friendly service, and of course… the WINGS!
Big screen TVs, wings, and fresh fries… what more could you ask for?
The wife and I look forward to making this our game night hangout.
