If it was possible, I would give zero stars. I have never had to deal with anything like this before. The lady who answered the phone was soo rude. She had a very thick accent and it was difficult to hear her, I felt bad for having her repeat herself but it was also very noisy being I was stranded in the side of a very busy freeway and an upset toddler who was over heating. She asked what was wrong with the car, I told her it wouldn’t start, that’s it died while I was driving. She kept on asking what was wrong and I kept telling her it wouldn’t start, I’m not a mechanic, I have no idea why my car died. She said it would be $ 350 to tow us. We were desperate so we said that would be fine. Then after we gave her our location, she said «oh never mind, we have no trucks, we are too busy to get you» and hung up. Her tone was soo unprofessional, and was beyond rude. After wasting my time, phone battery and giving false hope we were about to receive help. It was obvious she felt she had better things to do besides make money. Thank you for your horrible service, lack of compassion and all around the most horrible customer service I have ever had to deal with.
