I have been an «on time paying» customer since May 2014. But the consistently raising rates are upsetting.
The first rate increase was in June 2015 for my rv storage space… An increase of 5 dollars. Not bad, but very annoying.
Then I received notice of a rate increase on my indoor storage in oct of 2015. It will increase to 147 from 121.
This is outrageous. It appears that they will continue to raise the rates.
Do not patronize this establishment. Go to a storage business that is reputable and stands by there word.

Good special $ 29 helped me out a lot. It was a very clean facility. I moved out and gave them notice early in so they were able to prorate my rent and I didn’t have to pay for the full month.

SLOUGHHOUSE, CA
For those of you thinking of storing your belongings or your RV, beware, if you pay at the beginning of the month and vacate you do not get your balance back. We paid and then sold our RV and vacated on the 4th and were told we do not get any refund.
