We received a confirmation from the VP, Opns and finally got through to the Elk Grove location. However on the day we were supposed to come in we tried to call ahead to let them know we were running late. No answer. No call back. The end. Not recommended. They didn’t seem to need our business.

We were downsizing from a large house into something more cozy early in 2014. We needed somewhere to hold our things for a few months as we slowly sorted through them and decided what to keep or donate.
The office staff were especially helpful as this was our first storage experience. Andy explained everything and showed us around. Their facilities are clean with plenty of surveillance. Every time we have come, there is some activity among the units. We feel content that our things are safe and pricing is fair.
We highly recommend Waterman Self Storage.

We were actually looking for a cheap storage where we can store just some of our personal stuffs like our clothes so we didn’t need a huge space to rent. This self storage location actually has the best deal for us. It was affordable, close to where we will be residing, very convenient and from the way I saw the place it was actually clean. Most storages I’ve seen seems dusty and dirty and all, but this location is pretty neat. I appreciated Andy the manager, I believe it was a Sunday and my boyfriend and I were running late, so we called him and said we will probably be a couple minutes late and he willingly waited for us. He was very nice, offered us some drinks. Explained everything we needed to know, toured us to our storage and everything worked out smoothly. Good job Andy, you’re a very great manager! Go storage pro :)

I needed a storage unit for about 6 months. I was moving back to Elk Grove while waiting to close on my house. Before coming in, I called and spoke to Dave Waterman. Dave laid out their pricing and current promotions at the time. I visited the facility, which is very clean and appears safe and secure. Dave was great and showed me their available units (they offer both inside and outside units and in a few different sizes). Their competitive pricing, location, and friendly staff made it an easy choice. I ended up getting ½ off my storage unit during their 2010 promotion!
They offer U-Haul services, too. When I was ready to move my things out, I called Dave and he quickly set me up with a moving truck.
I later recommended Waterman Self Storage to my sister. She told them I referred her and she received $ 25 off her bill. They even sent me a $ 25 check for the referral. How awesome is that!
