Wow I am amazed at all the negative comments on here and bad reviews!!! I am not sure who the manager is but when I come in I’m assisted by a young lady who is always happy so and always relates to me and my daughter. Also one time they had a tad bit of soup and the awesome woman gave it to me for free! She is always in a good moor and they are always fast and FRIENDLY!

Came to this subway after a horrible customer service experience at the Subway on Elk Grove Blvd. I found this location clean and the staff was very welcoming. Both staff members were extremely nice and friendly with all the customers. This is will be my go to subway!

Sadly I have to rate this store if I wanna post my review. I would rather give it a –0!
Worse Subway ever! The manager is a total RUDE A$$ B!!! Never ever going again! Had a text coupon from subway and she had no clue although she was reading it! She act as if I was making up my own coupon! Idiot! Then she tried to give me a hard time at the register with lots of customers standing around. Beware and don’t go!! plenty of subways every where else!!!

This subway is the WORST location in Elk Grove, and it’s due to their extremely poor management. They are always out of various supplies and they don’t even have trays for eating! The owners are extremely rude and dirty, and never have a smiles on their faces. Overall, it would be best to avoid this location.

It is quite apparent the management doesn’t care about this store. So many awed il reviews. I have been going here once a week, no joke! Tonight I came in and they were out of my cheese and out of tomatoes. I got half of my sandwich basically of course charged full price. I was told this is common that they run out of stuff at the end of the week until they restock there produce. So great I’m eating week old produce. Thanks guys

I haven’t been here in a very long time. But their service is kinda crappy. They are cheap when it comes to veggies. Why are you even open if you are not going to have your customers happy? The managers are kind of rude as well

5÷8÷2015: Deanna Jaxine Stinson and I, stopped at this Subway. Deanna had the footlong cheese submarine sandwich — I had the ham and cheese footlong. We loved our sandwiches with chips. The service was professional, not super friendly. The service was quick and accurate. The sandwiches were delicious!

I will agree! They lack customer service, even the owner! Hire people that actually want to work. That or treat your employees better, guess that could be an issue too.

Worst customer service ever! I refuse to go back to this Subway, after they had a nasty attitude on two separate occasions.
Here is what happened: The first time I went to this subway (a couple of months ago) I walked in, and there was no one behind the counter (but I could hear the employees talking in the back), I waited about 3 or 4 minutes, until an employee finally came out (by this time there were other people waiting behind me). The girl looked angry, like we interrupted something she was doing. Not once was there an apology about the wait. She took her time going to wash her hands, then walked up to me, and said: «What do you want!!!» I was shocked at how rude she was. I still told her what sandwich I wanted. When she asked: «What kind of bread?» I said «sourdough.» Her response: «We are out of sourdough!», I then asked: «Italian?» .Her response: «Were out of italian» — flatbread? — «Were out of flatbread» (awkward pause), then I said «What kind DO YOU HAVE??» Her response: «Wheat».
Seriously, in every other subway I’ve been to, they are up front with me and say «oh just to let you know, sorry we only have this type of bread left», but at this subway I have to play a guessing game with an employee that obviously has no respect for customers.
I still gave this subway the benefit of the doubt (maybe she was just having a bad day) and figured I would try them again. I went back in a month later, this time two different employees were behind the counter talking to each other. Both of them ignored me for about 5 minutes. Finally one of them started making herself a sandwich (I guess she was on break), the other one finally acted like she was about to help me, but then said «I don’t think I should make you anything because I can’t figure out something on the register, I think something is wrong with it.» Right after that, I walked out!
I will never come back again.

I could had made a way better sandwich at home! Their vegetables don’t look fresh. I feel like I’m eating bread. No meat, no cheese, no lettuce! So disappointed because I was craving a subway sandwich. Never coming here again.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Owners don’t understand the concept of customer service. Purchased 1 soda and was told not to share my soda?!? My wife and I don’t drink much soda and therefore we only order 1 and share. Was not aware subway enforced a 1 soda per person policy. Will NEVER step foot in this subway again.

We go to this Subway location A LOT. Always good customer service, and sandwiches always made just right.

The owners are extreamly rude to both the workers and the customers. I listened as «Paul» the owner scolded an employee for giving me too much red wine vinegar, even though I requested extra. He continued to publicly degrade her until I inturupted him to try to come to her defense. Then he began to argue with me that they don’t give out that much for a sandwich!!! It’s a couple extra shakes of vinegar!!! They are so stingy and cheap and do not know the concept of Customer Service or treating people in general with respect and decency.
Food here is OK. The bread quality is very inconsistant, had to ask for a different loaf 3 times until they found one that didn’t look flat and deflated like it was trying to impersonate the flat bread. They were out of spinach on a Saturday at 3PM.
I read a few other reviews about the staff having «attitude»…I suspect it would be very difficult to be in a positive mood working for a vile man like that, who treats people with such an unbelievable level disrespect.
May karma find its way to those who deserve it most…

This is one of the worst locations. I come here because it’s close and quick. As you’ll see in other reviews, the female employees seem irritated and are short with all of the customers until you call them on it. Aside from that, they are always missing or are out of typical items such as flat bread, spicy mustard, soups and at least one or two of the veggies.

Why do most of the girl subway-​ers here always gotta have so much ATTITUDE. They are quick to interrupt you when you start to say «oh can I have mustard/​mayo» **STOPPED with a hand up** «we will get there» oh… Okay so when you start putting the meat on ill finish saying «can I have the mustard/​mayo ON BOTH SIDES OF BREAD FIRST» which is greeted with an eye roll & tossing the meat down like «how dare I» geeze. As I was walking out I ask the name of the girl. ATORIA? *sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong girrrl* Get your act together, I know it’s not changing lives but you should know by now not to be rude to people that are hungry. Recommendation: get another job outside of the customer service category. Okay?

Ohhhhh no on this Subway. Hands down the worst location I’ve ever been too. Owner’s are not nice. VERY stingy with the condiments it’s a joke. I will not be back — EVER. Bad customer service, sandwiches lack substance, and I’ll gladly go to the Center Parkway location instead!

Came here right after work because my husband wanted Subway for dinner.
Both guys working there were very personable and nice! That actually helps especially when you’ve just gotten off from a long day at work.
They are a little stingy with their veggies as i asked for «extra lettuce» twice!
Overall, not bad and I would definitely come back again!

Came here for a quick lunch. Not bad. Ordered the Veggie Foot Long with Wheat and a Turkey Foot Long.
It’s an ordinary Subway and nothing special or spectacular. I have to say coming here a couple of times, the maintaining of the seating/​dining area is kinda inconsistent. Somedays its clean and other days it’s super neglected. It is a busy place and that can be understandable.
The people that work here are friendly and very clean.
Really…it’s not that bad.

I always find it to be annoying when you pull up to a restaurant and there is a sign on the door «Cash Only, No Credit/​ATM». But at least they’ve warned you. Since we were craving sandwiches, we played frogger to get across Laguna to the ATM to get cash. I mean really, who carries cash?
Customer service – so the first lady seemed pretty friendly, second lady not rude, just lacking personality I think. But the trade off was that she made a perfect sandwich. When the guy (spanish speaking) behind us was trying to order sandwiches, the lady let him struggle for a good couple minutes before she layed into him with her spanish speaking skills. I thought that was a little rude. The guy clearly needed help, so she should have helped him from the beginning. That kinda irked me.
There are soooo many places to eat here, it always boggles my mind how many places can stay in business. Since Subway is probably not going out of business, I will definitely try some local sandwich shops before deciding on a favorite.
