I should’ve known better. I haven’t been to a red lobster in years. Now I remember why. I ate in the bar area, and the bartender didn’t seem to want to be there. Her service ultimately was ok, but her attitude was very negative. I ordered some kind of crispy shrimp lettuce wraps that were pictured in the appetizer menu. It showed jalapeños as part of it and it really looked good. When I got the food, there were no jalapeños. I asked the bartender, so five minutes later she brought a small sauce cup with 4 slices of jalapeño. Thanks a lot… I had the Parmesan crusted tilapia, and I kid you not… it was like eating soup. I literally needed a spoon to sop up my fish. Gross!!! The best aspect of this visit was that the bartender refilled my soda when it was empty. Oh…almost forgot. Sitting near the bar affords you the opportunity to hear(even if you don’t want to) the kitchen staff talk about work, smoking, and life problems.

I will start with our waitress who did a great job. The sweet chilli shrimp app. Is good. My dinner which was lumpy crab cake was not very well prepared also was cold. The portion for the $ 20 it cost was not good. I feel for the wait staff when your kitchen does you like this. Will not return till they figure this out. The restaurant over the last couple years has been failing off

When it was near 7 P.M. I had to go somewhere. I wanted to go somewhere else. And it was here. The service was busy but not that busy. I’m guessing that they didn’t have that much employees there. «Hey! Get more people before someone gets in a fight!» The service was very slow. But the waiter was sweet to us. Our food took long. The parking lot was not that full. And that’s why I wanted to go somewhere else. «Why is the service slow? The waiter is sweet though.»
