It appears my full review was truncated in some venues… here it is again, in its entirety… Sadly, it has been many weeks and the resolution of the missing $ 425 from my home that occurred when I used A Touch of Class Professional Cleaning for the first… and last… time has not been resolved. While they have been in touch by email and phone, it has sadly been all idle chatter. A Police report was filed, case number assigned and all information supplied to A Touch of Class Professional Cleaning, and still there has been no resolution or even progress. At first I thought this would be a situation that was resolved positively but since the weeks have dragged on, I have lost a little bit of faith in the honesty of others. The company, and its representative, has stalled, delayed and basically spent the last several weeks providing useless responses. I will not see a positive resolution. I am writing this to warn others. I used them as a result of a Living Social offer… I do not have the luxury of engaging household help on a regular basis, this was a treat I was giving to myself as a delayed birthday gift. Sadly it is a birthday I will remember as one that I realized all do not live honestly. The cleaning they did was of average quality but that is beside the point, I am not writing about this. I write this to warn others before they experience what I did this summer.

*I saw the previous reviewer’s comments and did check all my jewelry and valuables after today — everything is in its place, although I did not have any cash around* Three ladies came to my condo today as I had a Living Social voucher — $ 60 for 2 hours of cleaning service. I was told beforehand on the phone that a few people would come and we would just count up to two man-hours — which was actually better for as my time at home would interrupted for a shorter period of time. They were kind enough to ask me what to prioritize in that time. One got to work on my kitchen, and the other two went to my master bedroom. The lady in the kitchen wiped down all my counters and appliances — she even scrubbed the inside of the microwave and the sink. She then proceeded to vacuum my living room, after her friend from upstairs vacuumed my room and the stairs. I made a point to tell them to make sure they did not extend past 40 minutes(3 women x 40 minutes = 120 minutes) but they told me no problem, they would finish up. They vacuumed the rest of my carpet(got the edges too!) and the tile floors, and then mopped the tile. When all was said and done they were there for probably 45 – 50 minutes, and I was not charged a penny more(although I did tip each of them!) Over the course of the day I keep finding myself so pleasantly surprised by the job they did — my walk-in closet was vacuumed, the grout in my shower has been scrubbed with a brush that I left in there, and my glass shower doors(which were kind of stained by hard water) were spotless! I used this to kind of «kick-start» the state of my condo and plan on keeping this level of cleanliness up myself, but I would use them again in a heartbeat. They worked efficiently and meticulously and were kind enough to stay a little later to throughly finish cleaning my condo.
