If you are looking for a professional, friendly and detailed service to make your house sparkle, look no further. I am so impressed with MaidServ. They treat my house as if it were their own. They do such a thorough job with such a pleasant attitude, it makes me smile. You have to admit it’s a little weird to have people come in to your home to clean it for you. But Jason and Jessica at MaidServ are so easy-​going, so friendly and so good at their jobs, it’s just not a big deal. This company is owned by them and you can tell that they take pride in their work. I have two dogs and a cat. They never batted an eyelash at the tons of fur. I really appreciate that. The cost is very reasonable given the job that they do. And I now have more time to spend with my family and for other projects. Thank you MaidServ!

I decided to use MaidServ because they were offering a Groupon. The initial communication to setup the appt didnt go that well. Alot of back and forth via email and text, it was almost as though i was working with 2 different people that werent communicating.
Once the appt was booked, I did receive several reminder confirmations. The appt was set from 8−9am and the individual cleaning didnt show up until 915.
She did spend about 3 hours cleaning. Overall good work, but if I wasnt working from home that day i would have really been off schedule because she wasnt done until around 1230
Good cleaning service, friendly staff but need to work on scheduling and being conscious of customers time.

Communication to set up the appointment was very easy and professional. Many email & text reminders were sent which were appreciated. The place looked and smelled great when the crew was finished. Highly recommended.
