Forever Clean

They were pretty backed up with all the coupons they received. The job was adequate. I didn’t have that «my house is so clean» feeling or smelling. They were nice.

I had a good experience with Forever Clean. I also started as a Groupon Customer, and opted to have them come every two weeks for a few months at a fixed rate per visit. The cleaners that came were very professional and trustworthy. They did hand wash all the floors, cleaned most of the kitchen, and the bathrooms were left in great condition.
My only disappointment was that, in my experience with other cleaning companies and individuals, they do much more for a very similar price (change sheets, empty clean dishes out of the dishwasher, wash just the few that were in the sink, wipe down the inside of the fridge, etc.). When I asked about it, they would do it, but for an additional charge. I’ll use them again as I need, but I won’t keep up with the regular cleaning.

Ray and her team did a fantastic job cleaning our house. We needed a deep clean — having 3 pets. Floors were all hand washed, baseboards and windowsills are finally clean! They are very willing to work WITH you when you have tough jobs. My husband was working with the cleaners most of the time to get the most bang for our buck. And after the big clean, we decided to go with the bi-​weekly cleaning. I also really like that they use our vacuum — and our cleaning solutions if we ask. We’re sensitive to some odors — and have a few surfaces that we are very particular about (wood floors, soapstone counters, cast iron soaking tub).

Raylene pretty much lied about every thing she told me. During the first cleaning my husband and I spoke with the women and found out that they are not insured and that Raylene keeps ALL their tips. She pays these poor women as if they were contractors and sticks them with paying their own social security and they aren’t even covered by Workmens Compensation or unemployment! If they are injured while cleaning our home WE are liable for their medical bills. She said she would not supply a vacuum due to bugs being spread from house to house. The women said it’s because she’s too cheap to buy them. After researching this topic online I find once again Raylene has lied to me. After repeated calls to her to follow up on my concerns she refuses to speak with me. I feel robbed because she charges extra for the first cleaning and is supposed to credit part of that to the next cleaning. That will never happen. I am so frustrated with this PSYCHO I could just cry.

Poor customer service. Team did not show up at scheduled time and management refuses to respond to email or phone calls to reschedule.

Set up the appointment was nice and the girls who came to clean seemed nice, trustworthy and professional.
The negatives — this biggest one — my house isn’t clean. They left while I was out and when I stepped foot in my house for the first time after they left there was hair on the bathroom floor, dirt on the kitchen floor, the dining room table had not been wiped down — they hadn’t even emptied the trash. The list goes on but you get the point. The other issue is that this service is much more expensive that those in the area. We paid $ 45/​hr and this was WITH a groupon. They also didn’t call back after my first voicemail trying to schedule and this is after I purchased the groupon. It took another call and an email to prompt a response. They also completely broke an obviously half broken armoire door. I can’t really blame them for that as it was already on it’s last leg but they could’ve left a note or acknowledged it (as opposed to closing the door under the other door to keep it in place and pretending everything was normal.)
All in all — just choose another service. There are others out there worthy of your business and you won’t spend an arm and a leg. Try
for this. We did and have met some lovely people/​gotten very reasonable estimates so far!
**** in response to Raylene’s comment — let me start off by saying she gives new definition to the term «dirt cheap.» Her choice of words is more than amusing. Secondly, what SHE has failed to mention is that I actually bough ADDITIONAL «man hours» when she called me to schedule the Groupon cleaning. So in addition to the $ 55 groupon, I spent an additional $ 95 THE DAY OF THE CLEANING! And to add insult to injury, I left my home and came back during a time that the housekeepers should have still been here (given the additional money that I spent) and SHOCKINGLY they were gone. But I digress. That’s their gimic — you buy the nonrefundable groupon only to be told by Raylene that that really doesn’t get you much, then you pay them even MORE money so that you can USE the groupon. Funny too how in the description section on the groupon listing it says — and I quote — «professional housekeepers wipe down and disinfect ALL (emphasis added) bathroom and kitchen surfaces, hand wash floors and vacuum carpets.» It also says «professional housekeepers scour each room for a meticulous cleaning.» Really. Guess they forgot the asterix. Google «forever clean» and «groupon» for a good laugh. It’s simply ridiculous — but you don’t need to keep reading my posts.
