I really wanted this to be a positive review. My first estimate resulted in a no show, no call. When I finally got my estimate visit they apparently didn’t get it on their calendar. Instead of honesty (the day of my initial deep clean) and saying they neglected to put me on the schedule, a team was thrown together and my deep clean ended up as less than a routine clean. My laundry room door was not even opened! My price was discounted, however it was still unreasonably high for what was done. Seems that they may have too much on their plate to give new clients the attention needed to grow their business.

I have used Markatos for over a year. Nicole is an outstanding service manager. From the start Nicole has been a professional and listens to the customer. I was impressed when Markatos did an initial in-​person quote. I had called a few other firms and was shocked to get a huge estimate over the phone based on square footage. My husband and I are the only occupants so the spare rooms and bathrooms are hardly used. Markatos takes that into account and that will definitely save you money.
Markatos sticks to a schedule pretty well. For routine service, once assigned a date/​time the team never cancels or shifts days. On occasion, hours may shift but it is not a big deal.
Great with pets! My dogs are treated exceptionally well and let out of crates while they are there. The dog are put back in the crate afterward. Markatos does a great job removing pet hair… amazing.
The office management is exceptionally hardworking and accomodating. If I had to change or cancel a service they are top notch… Jo Ann thanks!
Trustworthy .Period. We have never had a problem with things missing or stolen. Often leave them unattended and its never a problem.
Recently, I noticed a few items were not cleaned as well as I am used to.
I let Nicole know and the next day she had a schedule in place to re-​clean FREE of charge! She also took it as opportunity to re-​train the team.
The house looks amazing.

Nichole the sales manager is very personable and friendly. They are a family-​owned business and they take cleaning seriously-​my house is at a whole new level of clean. They send a team of people to do the job. I have been very happy with their services– I have been using them to clean my home and place of business-​everytime they come, they leave everything sparkling! Also, if they miss a spot, they come back and fix it! i could not be happier!
