I started going to Forever Young after purchasing a groupon. I was impressed with the staff and the services provided. I’ve been to a few different places for facial treatments and this one is one of the best. Dr. Sabati and her staff are friendly and did a great job answering all of my questions. I recently decided try out the HCG diet plan offered at FY. I could not be happier with the process and the results. Dr. Sabati did a great job explaning everything to me and was encouraging along the way. She even offered her personal number should I have any questions. She kept me on track and helped me achieve my goals. I’m very happy with Forever Young and would happily recommend.

This place should be called Forever Burned, not Forever Young. Potential customers should avoid this business at any cost. In the 10 laser hair removal sessions I had done here, I was badly burned after two of them. I still have marks on my skin from this over six months later. The first time, I asked the manager Danielle if she would compensate me for being burned. «Well, you did sign a waiver» was her response. I guess their policy is to give customers tough love? Danielle completely missed the next session with me, and didn’t show up. She was 15 minutes late to the subsequent session. She wasn’t very apologetic either time. After being burned a second session, I was very upset that this happened again. I talked to Dr. Sabeti, the owner of the business. I directly asked her if she would at least refund the session where I got burned, and she declined stating that it wasn’t their fault, it was the laser’s fault. She did agree to refund me the two unused sessions that I had prepaid for. Dr. Sabeti called me later that day and said she«Wanted to write me another check.» It’s funny how she didn’t express any concern for me in the VM she left. Sorry, you had many times to make this situation right before that point. I don’t want to support a business that doesn’t care about their customers.

One star is extremely generous, I purchased a Groupon certificate and upon calling to set up an appointment I ended up getting their voicemail and left a message never to receive a return call. I called back several times and again got their voicemail each and every time. Not once was I able to connect with an actual employee. As a result of being unable to connect with anyone by phone I tried sending them an appointment request online and once again I did not receive a reply. Don’t waste your time, there are plenty of other options out there that actually want your business.

Love this place! I have gone in for Dysport and also had eMatrix treatments. I wasn’t sure about the results, and they bent over backwards to ensure I left satisfied. That is unheard of these days. My skin looks and feels great since I had the treatments! Everyone there is super friendly, upbeat and professional — they make you feel super welcome right when you walk in the door. I’ve also referred friends there, with the same positive experiences. Dr. Sabeti will often will run specials on different procedures, just ask if you are interested in a specific procedure — they are up front and honest and will let you know if a special is coming up on a package or procedure you are interested in. Best part; they only recommend procedures that will work for you — vs. a one size fits all approach. I highly recommend checking them out!

I decided to check out Forever Young after purchasing a Groupon back in January. I had been thinking about getting this done for a long time and had done a few searches on the internet for places and also asked friends where they had gone. I wasn’t able to find anyone who had been to Forever Young, but it seemed like a good deal so I bought it. The location is very convenient — right off Bluemound Rd. across from the new Target and Trader Joe’s. You can tell it’s a newer place because the office is updated and very clean. My first appointment consisted of meeting with the doctor and answering a few questions. I think the appointment lasted all of 15 minutes which I thought was a little strange being so quick, but really didn’t think much more of it. After that, I made my appointment for my first treatment. Upon arriving for my first treatment I was really nervous. I had no idea what to expect. I must say I had the opposite experience as the previous reviewer. I expressed my nervousness to the technician who proceeded to talk me through the process, tell me what it would feel like and really make me feel at ease. I purchased 6 sessions and for the most part had the same technician with the exception of 2 appointments.(This is probably because I kept my appointments consistent with the same time and day.) When I did have different technicians it wasn’t that big of a deal as they were all very nice and friendly to me. Each appointment took a total of about 20 mins from the time I got there to leaving. The actual hair removal process only lasted 10 mins at most. I had my last treatment yesterday and was a little sad it was over(actually I was happy the treatments were over, but sad I wouldn’t be coming back) I asked about any other specials they were running and was told about a few different ones they had going on right now. I ended up purchasing another 6 laser hair removal treatments for underarms since it was 85% — they were able to start my treatments right then and there which was nice that I didn’t have to make a new appointment and come back. Overall I had a very good experience with Forever Young.

You get what you pay for… was pretty excited when I got the groupon for laser hair removal. I went in 6 times & after talking to other professionals, realized this may not be the recommended timing(generally longer/more treatments needed). The staff was always pleasant but with no real personalities! Had to start conversations while in the room waiting for a tech to start the process(which can be unnerving when you’re half-naked). The techs don’t communicate with each other– was always asked what I thought of the treatment before I’d leave & again before the next start. I had a different tech each time! Met the doctor only 2 times. After I didn’t purchase additional sessions I never heard from them again-no follow up or thorough. They also didn’t seem entirely concerned with the timing of treatments and the hair growth cycle(not sure if that would’ve helped). All in all it wasn’t a pleasant or professional experience, and I honestly didn’t see a change in the hair growth whatsoever, even though I was«an excellent candidate w/the right hair color, skin pigment, etc.» I would recommend saving the money & going to a better facility.
