Sweet Tooth

Sweet Tooth was the perfect selection for our wedding dessert table. We were treated like royalty throughout the whole process. We wanted to have a variety of desserts instead of 1 large cake or cupcakes. I contacted Sweet Tooth and asked if they had anything like what we were thinking of doing because a few of the ideas were not listed on their website menu. Brianna contacted us back to set-​up the tasting saying she will have options that match our ideas or close to them. The tasting was above and beyond! We were offered a variety of options with explanations on each — what’s in them and how they could be presented at our wedding. The items were served on pretty plates in their cute bistro area. The service was incredible by Brianna and we appreciated how we were not rushed through the tasting. She even gave us estimates right there. As soon as we signed the contract, we recommended this vendor to our friends who were getting married a month before ours and were looking for small pie options. Our friends also went with Sweet Tooth! There was 1 brownie we couldn’t decide on as both options were delicious. A few months before the wedding we contacted Sweet Tooth to ask if we could sample each one again. We picked up this pretty box of large samples of both kinds. Sweet Tooth even worked with us to create the look we wanted with the dessert table with a certain style of the plates and labels. Our guests were so impressed with our dessert table! We are still receiving compliments. I would highlight recommend Sweet Tooth for any wedding in Southeastern Wisconsin. P. S. — Thank you, Sweet Tooth, for making the cute, mini cupcakes for my sister’s graduation party. She loved how you matched the colors to her school and our guests thought they were delicious!

Wedding cake perfection. The owner is delightful. She crafted the most delicious custom wedding cake for our wedding. Highly recommend.

Banana bread with cream cheese frosting and a cup of Anodyne coffee. Perfect treat for a morning breakfast. Will definitely have to go back to try some of their other goodies!!!

Great coffee shop and bakery! The lunch items had a great selection and were very tasty. The desserts were amazing and also had a great variety.
We sat in Sweet Tooth for a couple hours in the afternoon and were surprised at how steady the customers were — a sign of a good place to try! Great to see the support of a local business!
The only downside of the business are the hours. Saturday they are only open until 2pm. Because they serve beer and wine it would be great if they were open until at least 4pm so you could sit in the shop in the afternoon. Also not being open on Sunday limits customers that work M-​F and can’t make it during the week to grab lunch, a treat, or just relax over coffee.
We will be back to try other items on the menu!

Great coffee, plus it’s $ 1 if you get there before 8:30am! Pastries, baked oatmeal, and coffee cake are fantastic.

On my last business trip to Elm Grove, I discovered a new business had taken over the bakery and café that had been there for many years.
The décor had changed a bit and there was a new smiling face behind the counter to take our lunch order. Turns out it is now a mother and daughter owned café.
Delicious salad and soup. Also had a great unsweetened hibiscus tea. Didn’t try the pastry as I was full, but will next time I am in town. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.

Baked oatmeal?!
I’ve stopped here a few times now before some business meetings and I’m really impressed with the food and service. Today I had baked oatmeal — I figured it was like a big cookie but it came served along with a side of brown sugar, walnuts and fresh fruit plus a cup of steamed milk. Phenomenal and cheap!
They’ve got an assortment of fancy treats in the case which I look forward to sampling on future visits.
