Dunkin’ Donuts

Terrible customer service, went through the drive thru and went I got to the window they didn’t have the right order… when I told them they gave me a look like I was crazy. I got home and they gave me the wrong order. So I went back since I paid for this and they were once again looking at me like I was crazy. A few of the workers mumbling behind the counter.

Finally a DD near Elmhurst that takes pride in their service and speed. It is a Dunkin Donuts so the food is what it is but the folks work quickly, communicate as a team, and it seems the owner actually jumps in and works hard with a smile. It’s a quarter flip as to which one is easiest to get to but even if this one is farther away, go here. The one on North Ave. is an absolute dumpster fire!

I honestly hate writing not-​so-​pleasant reviews, but I just feel like this location really needs some improvement when it comes to service. I enjoy my lattes from here– so no complaints about taste or quality. However, I’m disappointed in their customer service. I’ve been using the drive-​thru to grab lattes once or twice a week for myself and my coworkers, because it’s truly the only coffee place close enough to stop quickly on my way to work. Over the years, they’ve changed employees so many times, but the service seems to be getting worse over time. The past three visits, I’ve had to wait in line at the drive-​thru for a few minutes, just to have my order taken, even when I was the only customer in the drive-​thru. When I’ve gotten to the window, my order has either been completely incorrect, something was missing, or they just didn’t remember what I ordered so I had to tell them again what I wanted. And the very last time I went at the beginning of November 2015, I ordered two LARGE lattes with NO sugar and NO flavor (I made sure to enunciate and emphasize the «no»). They repeated my order and everything should have been fine. At the window, I received 2 MEDIUM lattes with a lot of sugar and maybe some flavor, but I’m not really sure because I couldn’t even finish half of it with how sweet it was. Normally, I would have gone inside to have my order corrected (especially because I did get charged for the large even though I was given medium), but I don’t have the leisure to do that every single time I’m on my way in to work. Luckily, we invested in a great coffee machine at work, so I won’t be experiencing this frustration anymore.

Do not go here they are the absolute worst no matter what shift i have been here numerous time and every time I ask for a coffee with a little ice in it they will never put it in but will lie in your face and say oh yeah we did put ice in it but really is scolding hot

If I was capable of giving this dunkin negative stars I would. Ordered 2 coffees … They weren’t busy, made us pull up and wait an additional 5 mins for the coffees. Also, the coffee wasn’t even marked for which was a French vanilla and which wasn’t. Then upon tasting it, it was so burnt and no sugar in it. After asking for extra cream and extra sugar. I ended up dumping it out because it tasted so bad. You had 1 job dunkin… Make me a good coffee… And you failed…

stopped by here on my way to the airport. Very cheap prices (compared to the DD inside the airport), so good to get your Dunkin fix from here. Fast and Friendly service.

The drive thru is a little tight … I have had a very nice experience here. Fresh coffee just had to wait 3 mins but no big deal for me. There is a young crew working but very pleasant. I will try to make this my spot when I need coffee.

I used to stop here daily sometimes twice daily for my caffeine fix. That is until I realized just how much of my check was spent on coffee. I became a regular and everyone here is really nice. They’re speedy and they rarely mess up my order. If you’re in the area and need a caffeine fix this is the spot to stop.

Don’t waste your time stopping here. Their service sucks. If you are lucky enough to get someone to take your order, they will screw it up by the time you get to the window

There are three Dunkin’ Donuts in town. This is perhaps the best of the three. The drive-​thru is very busy in the morning, so I usually park in the Nancy’s Pizza lot next door and walk over. It’s not so obvious on the menu, but the egg and cheese wake up wrap is only $ 1. It’s only 150 calories, 8 grams of fat, and 13 grams of carbs. I generally eat two, so basically the same calories, fat, and carbs as one donut, but somehow it makes me feel better. It’s probably the 14 grams of protein. Anyway, if you order the wrap, I recommend bringing some of your own hot sauce or spices. Oh, and the wrap is easy to eat while driving, though I’m not recommending or condoning you do that. Pay attention to the road!
