Best viet place in queens or mb nyc. Not only do they serve food really quick but everything is delicious as well. #27 phở is the way to go. Don’t forget the spring rolls for appetizer. Oh and anything porkchop is bomb! Enjoy!

Been here many times. Great food, fast service, no fuss. Been to a good many other Vietnamese restaurants and this place is still my favorite. Not the cleanest looking place, but that’s not so important. Definitely give it a try!

Great hole in the wall for phở. So glad it was open after the snow storm. Not super busy which is great. Fast service. Good food. Very flavorful broth. Cash only!

Fast service, good food, what else can you ask for? This place has been my go to spot for Viet food ever since I was seven. Been literally coming here for generations and so glad it’s still here. Whether it be the super fast service or the you sit and eat right away so other customers can do the same right after I don’t know I just really like this place. :) Would I recommend it to my friends? Why not?

The place is pretty good. I got the spring roll and beef noodles. The waiters were on point with the service and the food came out so quick. I liked the beef ball soup they had but my gf had a tiny fly in it so that was a downfall on the soup overall service is good and food as tasty I enjoyed it IDK if I would come back

I have been to this place three times over the last four years with the most recent visit being two weeks ago. Only go to this place if other places are too busy. This place is not worth waiting for a seat. The elderly and children should be careful because the floors are discussing and someone can slip and fall. The tables needs to be replaced as well. The food has never stood out. The food is dull normal.

Not sure why this place is only 3 stars overall. Been here a handful of times and the food is consistently tasty and fast. The interior needs a bit of a face lift but that shouldn’t stop you from eating here.

This place looks small but very popular. Great service, delicious food, not expensive! It’s the lil ‘shack look’ places that have the most authentic flavors. Recommended this to many of my friends being from Long Island. Spread the word.

Made a stop here with my bestie after trying on dresses. She was craving phở and drove to this spot. The phở isn’t bad, nothing crazy, just mediocre. The vietnamese restaurant in chinatown, grand street tops this place by far. But hey, come here if you’re in the neighborhood to satisfy your phở cravings.

This place is the best, the food is absolutely delish! It’s dirty, and the wait staff is really mean. The dude at the front is SO grumpy. The tables are sticky, and I’m, usually sitting with 10 strangers. So basically, yeah it is perfect! Get the stick out of your ass and come experience Queens in all its glory.

I came here for a friend’s birthday dinner. I used to really love this place until I found a better phở place in Chinatown.(Go look at my review for New Tu Do) I haven’t been here in a while, and I’m pretty sure I won’t be back. The beef in the phở is always extremely chewy and disgusting. The broth is not very flavorful. The meat is also given to you so undercooked that the heat from the broth isn’t enough to cook it throughly. As someone who hates undercooked meat, I personally don’t like it. However, it might appeal to others. The hygiene is very questionable, because you can turn your head to find buckets of dirty dishes around you. I truly appreciated their patience and hospitality though. They close at 9:30, but my friends were eating incredibly slow. I felt bad for making them wait, but they didn’t seem to be rushing us. The service here is also incredibly fast.

This is the best Phở in NYC hands down. Phở Bang is my go to place for Phở and there is nowhere else I’ve been to in the 5 boroughs that serves a cheaper, better or quicker bowl of delicious Phở as Phở Bang.(Not even their location in Chinatown can compare) This is a true gem of culinary service and science in the heart of Queens. No one will ever figure out how they make such a great bowl of phở, serve it that quickly and charge that little for it.

Nope not coming back again. They put four people in a cramped up table on the side, instead of a round spacious table. I had old people with me so didn’t want to move them around … ¼th of the table is already used up thanks to chopsticks, spoons, forks, tissues… there was no room for our food. I had to put the tray of stuff down on the side so I could have some room to breathe. I ordered a beef rice and the price was $ 10 including tip and tax for my dish. My dish, that had 6 small pieces of beef and a shit load of rice. I wanted to punch myself in the head for coming to this place. It was dirty and the waiters are very blahhhh. Not friendly at all. If the food was good, I wouldn’t even care about the service. But it was just everything was bad… nope!

Updated review: visited on a weekday afternoon(around 12pm) and the place had a full house. Was lucky to get a seat. Got 3 orders of #22 aka the rice noodle in phở broth with round eye beef, and 4 egg rolls(you can get 4 or 8). Food: came very quickly! Honestly within 5 minutes after ordering everything came out. The food is yummy, as usual. Only peeve is that in the bean sprout, basil, and lemon dish they gave me had a visible hair. I mentioned in my past review this restaurant isn’t very clean and not to expect any ambiance. Egg rolls were crisp and of course pairs well with the dipping sauce. This establishment is cash only, always leave tips at the table because the waiters are particular about that. I came here in the past and tried paying tip together with my check since I only had a large bill at hand and the waiter literally followed me to the register asking for tip.

Well my fellow Unilocal Brother Bill S. Recommended this place to me for the Vietnamese Coffee as I’m a lover of a powerful cup of coffee and Phở Bang surely did not disappoint! This was a slam dunk exceptional cup of Iced Vietnamese Coffee that will be a repeat treat for me and my good friend. While we were there we decided to have a nice bowl of Phở Soup with beef tendon & brisket and this was equally delicious & fresh tasting with a clean & light tasting beef broth that came with plenty of fresh basil & lemon to add into the soup and further complimented the quality and taste of the Phở soup! Customer Service is a bit brusque & no smiles more quick and quite matter of fact and scarce on greetings and basic pleasantries so be prepared for that. Prices are fabulous and serving portions perfect & just right so we will be back!

Eh, I had a lot better; I had high hopes for this place especially being in the central area of traffic. The only redeeming factor is the extra garnish they throw in but now I know why. to cover the imperfections of the food! The noodles and the soup lacked a lot of flavor found in normal phở restaurants. Way to go! My sister’s piece of grilled chicken wasn’t cooked all the way; the looks of it was deceiving. We asked if they can fix the situation and they brought back the same piece of chicken. chopped and cooked to the point of dryness. Gross. How can you possibly mess up grilling chicken?

If eating at a dingy, busy phở place with shared round tables and folding chairs sounds like a good way to work off a hangover, then this is the place for you! The phở is a little on the salty side, but they give out generous meat portions, which is always a win in my book. The crispy spring rolls are good as well, and everything is well priced($ 6.95 for regular bowl, $ 7.50 for a large). The place has a private lot, but it’s small and shared with several other businesses, including a grocery store. The place is also cash only.

Amazing price for the amount of food you receive. Definitely a must go to have phở or any other pork dish. Just the correct amount of spices and expedient service. Summer rolls are great and the home hot/cold ice tea defies physics with its dual zone temperature. FYI, it’s either a center communal table or wait a few minutes for a private table.

Always the place to go for some phở cravings! Like others have mentioned, don’t expect great service here and try to ignore the run down interior. I’ve been coming here for a decade at least and the place looks like how it was ten years ago haha. My favorites are definitely #26, the grilled chicken and rice, pork chop and rice or any vermicelli dish. The phở is always served super quick if you’re in a rush. You don’t have to go all the way to Chinatown for good phở! Big portions for the rice dishes. The grilled meat has great flavor and the chicken is usually spicy. Sometimes they overcook the meat a bit, so watch out for the burnt ends. The vermicelli is very fresh with a lot of vegetables along with the noodles. The service here is bad. Come here during lunch time on the weekends and it’s even worse. If you’re a small party they will try to seat you with other people in the big tables. You will be rushed and they take your plates away as soon as you’re done with your food. If you don’t want to deal with this you can also order take out. Good food, terrible service, will continue to visit lol.

Overall, a pretty good experience. Pretty much a typical Asian restaurant of the Broadway-Elmhurst area. Food was nice and hot, and came out pretty quick. This is also a local favorite for simple Vietnamese dining. That Miss fear is pretty casual and the waiters can be a little short too, but it’s just a cultural thing. I’ll probably come back here again to get that big bowl fix satisfied!
