Delicious spring roll: with ground beef! The fish sauce was unique: spicy and garlicky. And the shrimp chips dipped into the sauce was so addictive! I can’t wait to eat more of their items.

A true and authentic Viet cuisine that’s sure to bring you back for me. The beef spring rolls come with a tasty fish sauce, and these fish chips are highly addictive! Texture was perfect — definitely a hit!

Roll Play catered a party I was at, and oh my god, their spring rolls and sauces are delicious. We got three rolls(beef, chicken, and tofu) and three sauces(boss, sexy, and hoisin poisin), and you know I mix-and-matched every combination I possibly could. My fave was the Mad Cow Beef with the Sexy Sauce. The seasoning on the beef was amazing, and I think it went great with the ginger in the sauce. Also a big fan of the Open Sesame Tofu — the sesame crust on the tofu is a game-changer.

my bf and i went to visit their stall because of the Unilocal reviews i read but honestly we were both pretty dissapointed and my bf loves viet food. the names that they created for their dishes were very intruiging so they def get stars there but as for the food, i got their chicken roll and bf got their beef roll, both were stuffed with noodles. there was barely any meat . ontop of that, they did not have any napkins to provide us… def would not be going back again.

We ordered from Roll Play for an office birthday party this week. The food was delicious and plentiful. It was a complete success. Roll Play delivered to our office(near Chinatown) We will definitely order from them again.

I checked out Roll Play at the Night Market in Jamaica Queens with my mom, sister, and 80-year old grandmother, and we absolutely loved the freshness and flavors of Roll Play’s summer rolls. We aren’t usually about dat vegetarian life, and we even liked the tofu summer roll, which had the crispiest fried tofu pieces. My favorite was the cha cha chicken, my sister’s was the mad cow beef, and my grandma could not stop eating the shrimp daddies(which are these huge oversized shrimp chips — not the kind you find in your asian supermarket). We bought 5 bags of the shrimp daddies to go, and they’re already gone… that’s how ridiculously addictive they were. Parking is plentiful, the vibe is great and not mind-numbingly crowded like Brooklyn’s street food fairs these days. Almost forgot — the Vietnamese coffee is a dream on a hot summer night — it’s not overly sweet(like most Asian places that serve iced coffee), and it’s wonderfully creamy. This place was so good… can’t wait to go back ahhhh

The rolls are so fresh tasting and delicious. My personal favorite is the beef roll and the shrimp chips. I ended up buying 5 bags of shrimp chips… Couldn’t help myself!!!

Sony changed the music industry with its walkman, which was good. But apple made it better with the iPhone. Vietnamese food has always been good already, but this place(so far) has made it better! These guys are only available(i believe) during the night market in queens, ny(where i tried the amazing cha cha chicken rolls — which were out of this world amazing!). The line was long but well worth the wait. I talked to Hoey(?) who runs the place and was informed that they may expand into a conventional brick&mortar shop. Looking forward to trying their other items!

Went to the Queens International market and stopped by Roll Play. I had the mad cow beef roll and order two because I was starving. The size of one roll is good and I was satisfied when I had the other I was definitely full. It was soo good. Oh and that hoison poison sauce. yum yum and yum.

Went to the Queens Night Market at the suggestion of and in support of a friend. There are lots of food options at the market but I would definitely suggest stopping by Roll Play. The food is very good overall although the rolls can occasionally stick to the paper container but the good portion size make up for the difference. Also soooo many points for the name of business, «Roll Play», can’t really beat it.

Was visiting some friends for the weekend up in NYC and stopped by this gem at the Queens Night Market. I was pleasantly surprised as to how delicious the food was! Being Vietnamese and from Boston(where there are TONS of great Vietnamese restaurants) this place definitely impressed me. I ordered the open sesame tofu while my friends ordered the mad cow beef. We all loved our food. And of course we had to try their spring rolls… which you can customize! All in all their flavors were tasty and super fresh. The only downside were the long line(guess we came at prime time) and that it’s cash only.

Typically don’t like tofu but the sesame crusted tofu was EVERYTHING. The seasoning they use is really something else. I also tried the beef and chicken. Liked beef more than chicken and had them all with the peanut sauce which I highly recommend. Got there in time to get a Vietnamese coffee which was so clutch in the heat. I think they sold out of that by the end of the night. All in all, really delicious and healthy twist on a typical spring roll. I suggest getting at least 3 If you’re going to make it a meal.

Stopped by Queens Night Market and was pleasantly overwhelmed by the array of food vendors. Queens Night Market represents what Queens is about… diversity! I have a weak heart for Vietnamese food so I was immediately drawn to Roll Play’s Vietnamese noms. What kind of Vietnamese food can I find at Roll Play? Of course my most favorite… summer rolls!!! I got the cha cha chicken roll and it had me cha cha-ing until the last bite. By the way, I accidentally spilled the sexy sauce(I guess I am not such a desperate single lol!) so I went sauce-less and the roll was still oh! So yummy! I never had summer rolls with such deliciously chewy rice paper. The seasoning and the fresh taste of the authentic ingredients hit every single taste bud. I still dream about Roll Play’s roll. Gotta make a trip back to Queens for some cha cha chicken roll action! Thank you Roll Play! You complete me!

I visited the International Night Market a few weekends ago to see the set-up and taste some yummy food. :) My tastebuds were definitely pleased with the spring rolls(summer rolls?) from Roll Play! I got the Cha Cha Chicken roll with the Hoisin Poison sauce and my bf also got the chicken roll but with the Sexy Sauce. The veggies were super crisp and light which definitely highlighted the chicken’s seasoning. And I LOVE peanuts so every excuse to dip something into peanut sauce makes me very happy~~~. I would definitely give it 5⁄5! If only I had more cash to try out some of the other items. I’ll be back!

I was visiting the Queens night market for the first time, and we went there around 9pm so that the lines would be shorter. Roll play was our first stop… And we had to come back for more on the same day… The rolls were unbelievable… So fresh… not heavy… the meats were awesome and very flavorful… The thofu roll was shockingly good — I mean being a meat lover I never thought I’d love the thofu roll that much. The sauces were amazing… My favorite was the one with peanut sauce. These rolls reminded me of my trip to Vietnam… I’m waiting to go have more: D

I love me some phở and banh mi, but being on a carb-lite wedding diet means abstaining from lots of yummy foods. Roll Play is basically the answer to my sad foodie prayers. Fresh? Check. Flavorful? Check(try the hoisin poison)! I was worried about the last of the trifecta– filling– but a beef roll and a tofu roll made for a perfectly satisfying meal. It’s awesome to have more options than the usual shrimp, since I’m allergic. Can more vietnamese restaurants start serving up beef rolls? Not sure if they can make ‘em as delicious as Roll Play does, though!

Been reminiscing about my time in Taiwan a lot lately, particularly the amazing food at night markets, so I knew I had to check out the Queens Night Market when I was in town. Loved the experience! I don’t usually care for spring rolls, but I decided to give Roll Play a try — the staff was super friendly, and I’m a sucker for a good pun ;) So glad I gave them a chance! Seriously the best spring rolls ever. I got the Cha Cha Chicken with the Boss Sauce — so fresh and flavorful. The shrimp chips were light and tasty, not heavy at all. Remember to bring cash!

I had been to the Queens Night Market a few times but didn’t tried Roll Play because the line was so ridiculous we didn’t even bother. We came around 10PM. This time, we got one of each roll and one of each sauce: beef, chicken, and tofu with boss sauce, hoisin, and the red bell pepper & ginger sexy sauce sauce. That was plenty of food for one person, and two of us actually didn’t finish everything. Also, the shrimp chips were very tasty!

I was visiting a friend in Queens, and we decided to visit the Night Market. I tried a lot of different restaurants and food places during my trip, and Roll Play was the absolute highlight! I typically don’t think of spring rolls as a reason to make a restaurant a destination, but these were quite special and a very nice surprise. I had the Mad Cow Beef with Boss Sauce and my friend had the Open Sesame Tofu with the Sexy Sauce. The flavors popped, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the service was speedy. The meal was light and healthy yet surprisingly filling. I wish that San Francisco had a Roll Play!

They don’t do banh mi or phở but these are some special Vietnamese spring rolls! All the flavors are strong, colorful and most importantly freshh, just the way real Vietnamese food should be :) Get the Mad Cow Beef with the Boss Sauce and their iced coffee is legit on point.
