The employees on the floor were helpful but the register line was too damn long. No one should have to wait 20 some minutes on a weekday morning. I decided «enough was enough» & left. I’ll get my free undies elsewhere. You were a disappointment.

What’s worse the major line or the rude employees. Sometimes people just have a bad day and I can understand that. I never expect anyone to be nice earning min wage but wow don’t be an a$$hole.
This mall ha greatly declined over the years.

For the size and location of the store, this place is good. That’s it. Some of the associates do not really know how to sell the products. Most of the time they are nice enough.
Every time I go in, they are always changing the store around…

This place would make any woman larger than a size 2 leave in tears and embarassment.
I have tried Victoria, I really have… but I can’t keep my mouth closed any more.
First of all, for any shoppers unaware of this store, it might at first seem as if you’re stepping into a slutty, pink-​hazed, perfumed lounge/​brothel for the initial few moments.
You are then «greeted» by overly comission-​hungry sales women who have waaayy too much concealer on who go on and on about helping, measuring, and/​or informing your about specials. WARNING: THEY ARE VULTURES, DO NOT BE THEIR PREY. IGNORE THEM LIKE YOU WOULD IGNORE PEOPLE ON THE CORNER HANDING OUT FLYERS ABOUT SOME CHURCH MISSION. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.
The part that enrages me most about this store? Their sizes. They are an insult to the real variety of women that are in the world. For being a 5 foot tall, 34D sized 24 yr old, clothing is difficult for me to begin with. I have keenly noticed how they strategically placed EVERY SINGLE item in this store to bring you along a journey of dissappointment. By the time I left the store, I have never felt that Victoria’s Secret will ever make something to fit my body. Their delicately embroidered, crystal studded, lacey masterpieces of «lingerie» run only from X-​small to small, their bras make my two breasts look like four, and their underwear aka «panties» tend to dissappear inside my well-​attributed ass.
Somehow I finally managed to find a style of underwear that could possibly fit me… in the most remote corner of the store. Against the wall. The table was labeled, «5 for $ 26» which made me feel that I could possibly get some sort of a deal in this tickled pink house of horror. The style I found, «Cotton Hiphugger,» the least sexy «panty» this place carried, was elegantly draped on top of the table in color and pattern order. Along I sifted though the polka dots, stripes, flower, and multicolor designs to find my size, «Large.»
One of the vultures appeared next to me and chirped, «What size are you looking for today?»
«Large» I replied.
«We only put mediums on display. You can find larges in the bottom drawer.»
I happened to notice then that underneath their table displays are size drawers with more underwear. 2 dawers for x-​small, small, and mediums full of every color of the god-​damn rainbow. 1 drawer for larges and x-​larges. Colors in Large drawer consist of: solid beige, white, black, and gray. Colors in x-​large drawer consist of: solid black and beige.
This is disgusting, Victoria. And so is your wrap-​around scent display along the checkout line that only really exists for women to wear on themselves as an alternative for Viagra that their boyfriend/​husband needs.
This is all surrounded by framed pictures of «models» with alarmingly skinny/​emaciated bodies who are supposed to give off a feeling of SEXY?
I don’t get it. I am scarred. Spare yourself the same, ladies.

Typical VS store, easy to get around. Nice selection… not so nice employees. One sales associate on the floor had the gall to comment on the size of panties I was buying (I hadn’t spoken a word to her; she didn’t know if I was getting them for myself or someone else). I wish I’d gotten her name so that I could report her to the manager.

Ugh I was so disappointed they no longer sale the lip gloss I love so much.
Located in Queens Center mall, this store is well organized considering how crowded it is. Everything was easy to find and the staff was quite helpful.

II went to this Victoria’s Secret location to buy my girlfriend some nice lingerie. The sales ladies were very helpful and patient with me. They had the size and colors I wanted. I went back to get more items a few days later, and the same sales lady remembered me and was very helpful.

I came here on Labor Day after returning from a brief vacation with my dear Mom to Montréal and Québec City, Canada. I had a coupon for a free panty valuing $ 10.00 which I received in the mail as a frequent online shopper. Absolutely long queue lines as if I were waiting for a handful grain of rice and bread for Great Depression II.
This location has a better selection of PJ’s and other lingere products.
This VS sits inside of Queens Center Mall in Elmhurst, Queens.

This is one of their nice new sleek locations. They had a decent selection but they didn’t have a lot of sizes available. The second store that happened in. Perhaps I should start shopping online.

A nice sized VS, this location is the current model — tile floor, white walls — -if you’re a VS shopper, you know the deal. They have all the VS brands with the exception of the second party designer lines — a decent selection, but if they don’t have your size, there’s always Austin street. Within this store, they do have a number of beauty items even though a few steps away, there’s the VS beauty.
I happened to come in here to do some Semi Annual hunting, but left empty handed.
